4 How do we organise printed material in the Library? Every subject is represented by a specific number code: Business subjects and Find the number assigned to the book by using SUPrimo Find the number on the shelves by looking at the shelf guides All books on same subject are filed at same number, and then alphabetically by 3 letters appearing at end of number Print journals filed by number and then title 4

Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 Government publications, all print journals, laptop area, silent study zone Group discussion facilities rooms can be pre-booked [Entry point] Borrowing and return, Short Loan, Library Enquiries, Printing, Photocopying, Scanning. 50 How to link up Google Scholar and SUPrimo Google Scholar works with the Library system and lets you obtain the full text of papers where these are available through our subscriptions. To enable this feature on Google Scholar, you need to go through the following steps from the Google Scholar: Choose Settings (top right) Choose Library Links (left column) Off-campus search for University of Strathclyde. On-campus it will appear automatically Check the box next to University of Strathclyde Full Strathclyde Save On the search results screen you will see a Full Strathclyde link next to any items where we have an electronic copy or a Find Strathclyde link if we have a print copy. 50
