Please ensure your mobile device has the following configuration Supported Devices ipad Download the AD Mobile App Using your mobile device, log in to the Apple App Store Search for OpenText Active Documents Mobile Download and install the app ipad Air ipad Pro ipad Mini ios version 9.x.x or 10.x.x An internet connection ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 21

22 MOBILE Launch the AD Mobile App On your mobile device, a newly installed AD Mobile App icon will appear Press the icon to launch the AD Mobile app Upon launching, the mobile app will download additional content, which will take roughly seconds Logging In After the download is complete, you will be asked to sign in In the Username text box, enter your Active Documents production login account Press the Sign In button ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 22

23 MOBILE Logging In Continued Upon submitting your Username, the screen changes to provide a password prompt In the Password text box, enter your Active Documents production account password Press the Sign In button Successful Login Congratulations, you have successfully logged into Active Documents Choose your search options and begin using the app ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 23

24 MOBILE Connecting to Active Documents Preprod You have successfully connected to production Active Documents, but want to change to preprod Press the hamburger menu icon on the top left of the app Choose the Settings option Enter the preprod URL Log in again using preprod username and password Login Failure - Incorrect Password You have successfully connected before, but have trouble logging in On the main Sign In screen you have submitted the Username and Password The password entered is incorrect ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 24

25 MOBILE Searching Error Missing AD Mobile Subscription You are attempting to connect using the AD Mobile App and have a valid user, but not authorized for AD Mobile On the main Sign In screen you have submitted a valid Username and Password Search results fail ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 25
