Backlight for night display 5. 5 Buttons with tactile feedback B1 - Mode / Edit Button B3 - Up Button This button is used to enter the main menu from the idle date and time display. This button is also used to start editing the selected time/date/timer/alarm. When in main or sub menu screen, this button is used to scroll among the different features. While editing date/time/alarm this button is used to increment the selected [blinking] digit. B2 - Back Button B4 - Down Button Short pressing this button will take us one step back from the current menu item. Long pressing this button will bring us back to the idle date and time display. Any running alarm/timer will not be stopped by this button and they will continue to run in the background. When in main or sub menu screen, this button is used to scroll among the different features. While editing date/time/alarm this button is used to decrement the selected [blinking] digit. B5 - OK Button B5[OK] This button is used to start any timer after configuring a valid value. This is also used to accept the entered values during edit mode. Without pressing this button at the end of editing, the entered values will be discarded. This is also used to turn ON/OFF backlight, toggle among loud/silent modes. 3

5 Boot up When the watch is received it will be OFF. In order to turn it ON press the B5 [OK button].! During Boot up we should hear a beep and also vibration. If there is no vibration or Beep, then the boot is not proper and so other issues could be seen later. In such cases we need to reboot. Reboot / Reset If the boot is not proper with a beep and vibration or if you run into any other issue, follow the below reboot procedure: Press and hold B2 [Back button] and B5 [OK button] together for 2 seconds. This should switch off the watch and you shall boot it again. 5

6 Settings Date and Time In order to set date and time we should navigate to the settings menu and edit the date and time values. Please follow the below procedure: Idle date and time running Press B1 to enter Menu Navigate to settings and press B1 to enter settings Press B1 to start editing the date and time. The digit in red will be blinking. Use B3 and B4 to increment or decrement selected blinking digit Press B1 to edit the next digit. After reaching the last digit it will roll over. 6

If you want to cancel the edit and go back to old date and time, press B2 [Back]. If you want to clear the entered values and start over, long press B1 [Edit]. 7

8 Silent and Loud Modes The watch can be set in any of the three modes: 1. Buzzer Beep + Vibration For alarm / timer expiry both vibration and beep will be given. 2. Vibration only For alarm / timer expiry only vibration alert will be given. 3. Buzzer Beep only For alarm / timer expiry only beep will be given. This is the most power saving option. Buzzer Beep + Vibration. Vibration only. Buzzer Beep only.! The Vibrator is the most power consuming feature of the watch. If the vibrator is turned ON then the battery will drain very soon. 8

9 Backlight When the watch is in Idle date and time display mode, the display backlight can be turned ON and OFF by quick pressing the B5 [OK] button. When the watch is not accessed for a long time the backlight will automatically be turned OFF to save power. 9

10 Main Menu Navigation B1 [Edit] B2 [Back] From the default date and time display screen we shall enter the main menu by pressing the B1 [Mode/Edit] button. Idle date and time Once we have entered we shall navigate the different features of the watch by pressing B3 [Up] or B4 [Down] button. To select and use a particular feature in the menu screen we should press B1 [Mode/Edit] after navigating to that screen. Alarm To get back from the main menu to the date and time screen press B2 [Back] button. 11 Variable Interval Timer [VIT] The variable Interval Timer allows us to configure up to 19 different intervals. For example, let us configure a variable interval timer with 3 intervals: 10 minutes, 2 minutes and 50 seconds. Idle date and time running Press B1 to enter Menu and navigate to VIT. Press B1 to enter VIT feature Press B1 to start editing the selected interval 1. Use B1 to highlight the digit to be edited. [B1 pressed twice here] Use B3/B4 to increment/ decrement the blinking digit.! Clear/delete entered interval by long pressing B1 [Edit] button. 11

12 Variable Interval Timer [VIT] Press B5 to accept the entered value for interval 1 Use B3/B4 to navigate to the next interval which we want to edit/enter. Press B1 to start editing the selected interval [in this case 2 ] Use B1 to highlight the digit to be edited. [B1 pressed thrice here] Use B3/B4 to increment/decrement the blinking digit. Press B5 to accept the entered value for 2. The total time is also shown.! All the configured intervals need not be consecutive. Intermediate intervals shall be set to 0 and those will be ignored during run. 12

13 Variable Interval Timer [VIT] Use B3/B4 to navigate to the next interval which we want to edit/enter. Press B1 to start editing the selected interval [in this case 3 ] Use B3/B4 to increment/ decrement the blinking digit. Press B5 to accept the entered value for 3. The total time is also shown. Use B3/B4 to navigate to the interval from which we want to start. Press B5 to start the variable interval timer from the selected interval.! The variable interval timer can be started from any of the intervals. Not necessarily from the start always. 13

14 Fixed Interval Timer [FIT] The fixed interval is used for repeated tasks. We can configure a work time and rest time and set the repetition up to 19 times. For example, let us configure a work time of 10 minutes and rest time of 2 minutes and repeat them 3 times. Press B1 to enter Menu and navigate to FIT.t Press B1 to enter FIT feature Press B1 to start editing the highlighted Work / Rest time. Use B1 to highlight the digit to be edited. [Pressed B1 twice here] Use B3/B4 to increment/ decrement the blinking digit. Press B5 to accept the entered work time and start editing the rest time. 14

15 Fixed Interval Timer [FIT] Use B1 to highlight the digit to be edited. [Pressed B1 thrice here] Use B3/B4 to increment/decrement the blinking digit. Press B5 to accept the entered rest time and to edit the number of rounds. Use B3/B4 to increment/ decrement the Number of rounds. Press B5 to accept the entered rounds and summary is shown. Press B5 to start the fixed interval timer.! Neither work time nor rest time should be 00:00:00 while starting the FIT. 15

16 Time Mode [24hr/12hr] The time display shall be configured to be either in 12hr or 24hr mode. Press B1 to enter Menu and navigate to Settings menu item. Press B1 to enter settings. Press B3/B4 to navigate settings sub menu to the time mode. Press B1 to start editing the time mode. Use B3/B4 to toggle between 12hr and 24hr modes. Press B5 to accept the entered mode. 16

17 Simple Timer The simple timer counts down from a single timer value. It also supports up to 19 laps during the count down. Idle date and time display Press B1 to enter Main menu and navigate to simple timer. Press B1 to enter simple timer. Press B1 to start editing the count down time. Use B1 to highlight the digit to be edited. Press B3/B4 to increment/ decrement the selected digit. Press B5 to accept the entered count down time. Press B5 to start the countdown timer. Press B5 to save current count down time as lap. 17

18 Stop watch The stop watch supports an accuracy of 100th of a second. Idle date and time display Press B1 to enter main menu and navigate to stop watch. Press B5 to start stop watch. Press B5 again to store lap 1. Use B5 again to store another lap. Press B5 to accept the entered mode.! Stopwatch or simple timer laps can be scrolled using B3/B4 buttons. 18

19 Alarm The watch supports one alarm time. For example, lets set alarm for 6:00 am. Press B1 to enter main menu and navigate to Alarm. Press B1 to start editing the alarm time. Use B1 to select the digit to be edited. Use B3/B4 to increment or decrement the selected digit. Use B3/B4 to increment or decrement the selected digit. Press B5 to accept the entered time and turn the alarm ON.! Press B5 to stop a ringing alarm. When not turned off the alarm will SNOOZE thrice at 3 minute intervals. 19

20 Alarm If we don t want to edit alarm time and only want to turn ON/OFF the programmed alarm time long press the B5 button in alarm menu. Long press B5 to turn ON alarm. Again Long press B5 to turn OFF alarm 20
