5 QUICK START Wearing the Belt Below is a step by step guide to using your Myzone Physical Activity Belt effectively; 1. Adjust your Myzone Physical Activity Belt so that it fits comfortably across the center of your chest, with the Myzone logo facing away from your chest. You can adjust the strap size using the plastic adjuster. The Myzone Belt should be firm or tight around your body, ensure it is comfortable. 2. Just prior to concerted physical exercise, wet the 2 heart rate pick up pads on the inside of the strap, then connect the plastic module to the fabric strap. 3. Open your app and migrate to the workout screen to ensure that your belt is transmitting a signal. 3

6 BELT PAIRING Workout Put on your belt. 3. Open your app and migrate to the workout screen to ensure that your belt is transmitting a signal. Open settings by taping on the red Myzone logo and then tap on the cog in the top left corner. Once in settings, scroll down to pair MZ-60 Watch. 4

7 BELT PAIRING 4. Press your MZ-60 mode button until you are in the HRM screen. Press and hold the mode button. 5. When you see the PAIR flashing, click the Pair button on the app. PAIR 5

8 TIME Set Time Follow steps 1. through 4. to set the time and date Scroll to TIME mode. 2. Press and hold Mode for 2 Sec. To enter time set up mode. 3. Press Adjust to change digit up. Press and hold Adjust to move digit faster. 4. Press Mode to confirm setting and move to next digit. Set Year Set Month Set Day Set Sound on/off 6

9 TIME Set Time 1 In time mode 1. Press Adjust to Switch between 12 hour and 24 hour. 12 Hour Clock 24 Hour Clock Locking the Display To lock the display in the current screen, press and hold the light button. 2. To unlock the display from the current screen and allow screen scrolling, press and hold the light button. 7

10 HEART RATE MONITOR HRM Operation In HRM mode, you can change Main Display once your belt is paired. MEPs 1 Max Heart Rate Heart Rate BPM 1. Press and hold Adjust to scroll to next display %HR, BPM, MEPs and Kcal. 1 2 In HRM mode, stopwatch, countdown timer or interval time can be displayed at the top of the screen. These function are started within their individual menu screens. 1. Press Adjust to start/stop stopwatch. 2. When the stopwatch is stopped, press and hold Mode for 2 sec to clear. 8

11 STOPWATCH Operation 1. Scroll to STW screen using Mode. 2. Press Adjust to start/stop stopwatch. 3. When the stopwatch is in the stopped position, press ADJUST and hold 2 sec to clear. 4. Press Mode to exit. Start Stop 9

12 COUNTDOWN Setup 1. Scroll to COUNTDOWN screen using Mode. 2. Press and hold Mode for 2 sec to set up. 3. Press Adjust to change digit up. Press and hold Adjust to move digit faster. 4. Press Mode to confirm digit and move to next. Set Hour Set Minute Set Seconds 10

13 COUNTDOWN 1 2 Operation In COUNTDOWN mode, 1. Press Adjust to Start. 2. Press Adjust to Stop. 3. Press Mode to Exit. 3 START STOP * Audible beeps will sound for each of the last three seconds. 11

14 INTERVAL TIMER 3 Memory Positions Setup *Mem position empty if flashing 1. Scroll to INTERVAL TIMER mode. 2. Press and hold Mode for 2 sec to set up. 3. Press Adjust to change digit up. 15 INTERVAL TIMER Operation Press Adjust to choose Memory Position. 2. Press and hold Adjust for 2 sec. to enter chosen memory position. 3. Press Adjust to to start/stop. 4. Press Mode to Exit and leave Interval timer. Memory Position Interval Timer * If an interval is over 10 seconds long, beeps will sound for the last 5 seconds of the interval. 13

16 ALARM Set Alarm In alarm mode, press ADJUST key to turn on/off the alarm To set alarm, 1. Scroll to ALM screen using Mode. Press and hold Mode for 2 sec to enter alarm set up mode. 2. Press Adjust to change digit up. Press and hold Adjust to scroll digit faster. 3. Press Mode to confirm digit and move to next. Set Hour Set Minute 14

19 BATTERY REPLACEMENT WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR WATCH TO A LOCAL JEWELER TO HAVE BATTERY REPLACED TO AVOID POSSIBILITY OF PERMANENTLY DAMAGING OF THE WATCH. - Unscrew the battery compartment cover on the backside of the unit using a small screwdriver and remove the cover. - Remove the exhausted battery from the unit, and insert a new battery (be sure to place the positive (+) side of the battery is visible, facing toward the battery compartment cover). - Replace the battery compartment cover on the battery compartment and fasten the screw. Caution: Do not over tighten. Lock feature: Press and hold LIGHT to lock or unlock the certain display. 17
