1 1. Software and Order Information 1.1 Software-Versions All software versions include the same functions, only the installation procedure, the activation and the license prices are different. Single-User Version - this version is computer based and may be installed on one single computer. Portable Version the single-user version can be installed on all current USB memory sticks. In this case the software is licensed for a specific USB flash drive. The client installs the software on his/her own USB memory stick or orders a USB memory stick with installed software. The user can then work with the on any computer the flash drive is plugged into. Server Version - this version allows the simultaneous use of the software in the amount of the acquired number of licenses (concurrent users). The software is installed only on the server and every user who wishes to use the software creates only a shortcut on their working computer to the server software. Library versions - for integration in client software products. These versions are also available as single-user, portable or server version. 1.2 License Programs and Pricing Levels Commercial licenses - these licenses apply to all purchasers, except those meeting the criteria for non-commercial or academic licenses. Non-Commercial licenses - discounted licenses for government-recognized research institutions, public institutions and charitable organizations with a discount of 20% to the commercial license price. Academic licenses - educational licenses for government-recognized universities, colleges and other schools with a discount of 60% to the commercial license price. Quantity discounts up to 30% of the basic license price for single / concurrent user. 1.3 Delivery The standard delivery of is electronic (download link and activation code or license file via ). You do have the option, however, to order an installation CD or an USB memory sticks with installed software.
