2 Project Purpose Trace Consulting and Solutions (Trace), has prepared this customized (PMP) Exam Preparation Training Project applying both (Trace) expertise and The Standard For Project Management Of A Project developed by PMI which was described in the PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition. We deal with (PMP) Exam Preparation as a project with three phases which are Training, Simulation, and Tutoring phase. If participant don t pass his/her (PMP) Exam, then (PMP ) Examination Fees are re-funded. This Project aims to prepare you to sit for (PMP) Exam not later than Sunday dated 24 th December During this Project Lifecycle, you will acquire the Key Words in order to manage your (PMP) Exam time, learn the project management knowledge, and skills used in the 42 tasks for (PMP) which was determined in the (PMP) Exam Content Outline Document published by PMI in June 2016, and sitting for 9 online (PMP) Exam Simulators remotely, where each simulator questions is similar to the pattern and duration of the original (PMP) Exam (200 question for 4 Hours). Trace Team will support you in reviewing the (PMP) Exam application after registration in this project; submitting your application before starting Training Phase, while PMI will response to your submitted application after five business days. The average score of the nine simulators shall be (80%) and considered as a condition to schedule your (PMP) Exam as well as re-funding exam fees in case you don t pass it, while our trainer will continuously be supporting you during the tutoring phase by reviewing the simulation result reports and provide you with tutoring sessions to strengthening the weaknesses of the knowledge areas (if any). PMP Exam Preparation Project Our (PMP ) Exam Preparation Project divided into 3 Phases as follows; Phase 1: PMP Exam Preparation Training Course: Twelve Days (36 Hrs.) - Training Start Date: November 05, Finish Date: November 30, Training Time: (5:30 08:30) PM (Sunday Tuesday Thursday) - Training Material: Hard and Soft Copy Phase 2: PMP Exam Nine Simulators: Nin Days (36 Hrs.) - (PMP ) Exam Simulation Start Date: December 03, (PMP ) Exam Simulation Finish Date: December 21, Trainee will sit for nine (PMP ) Simulators - Online, each Simulator is 4 Hours / 200 Question Phase 3: Tutoring Hours: One Day (4 Hrs.) - Tutoring Start Date: December 24, Finish Date: December 24, Training Time: TBD - Trainer will held a remotely tutoring session with the trainees to strengthening the weaknesses areas stipulated in the final simulation report issued by the trainer dated 21 st December, Training Phase Outputs: - Attendance Certificate: (40) Hours 4. Simulation Phase Outputs: - (PMP ) Exam Simulation Report which includes the trainee average score of the 9 (PMP ) Simulators, and the trainer recommendations for strengthening the weaknesses presented in the report for enhancing the trainee capability to pass the (PMP ) Exam from first try. 5. Tutoring Phase Outputs: - The Trainee will attend 3 Days of PMP Exam tutoring Session for strengthening the mentioned weaknesses areas seen in the (PMP ) Exam Simulation Report. Trainee will sit for new nine (PMP ) Simulators (Online), each Simulator is 4 Hours / 200 Question (if the average score of previous simulation is less than 80% (Free of Charge) P a g e 3 5
