3 About Cleo Streem Cleo Streem is an interactive engagement solution that combines state of the art MFP and desktop fax technology with notification alerts via fax, , phone, or text. It s a completely scalable turnkey solution that allows both commercial and government organizations to send and receive information. 4 4 Release Notes What's new in Cleo Streem 7.3 The Cleo Streem system now contains the following new features and enhancements: Twilio integration Cleo Streem now supports SMS Text Message capability through third party provider, Twilio. Scan and upload documents from MFP to mailbox or folder Cleo Streem now includes the Secure Scan app that enables MFP users to scan and upload documents to a mailbox/ folder. Enhanced installation Streem Center v7.2+ upgrade does not require the previous version to be uninstalled. Enhanced support for remote database deployments What's new in Cleo Streem 7.3

5 Issues fixed and enhancement details in v7.3 The following items were resolved or enhanced in v7.3. Enhancements CAP New, CAP-based integration with the NextGen EMR system Voice calling window can now be set per-job, for example <schedulestart>10:00:00 AM</scheduleStart> <schedulestop>2:00:00 PM</scheduleStop> <scheduledays> </scheduledays> CAP now supports playing an ack-digit-specific response message. This message can be specified as follows: AckResponse 1,Yes,Play the yes message;2,call,play the no message;3,cancel,play the cancel message CAP now supports setting and viewing BillingInfo (<BillingCode>) field per-destination. Cleo Apps Added dynamic HTTP, HTTP/s support to Cleo EIP App for Xerox devices Added dynamic HTTP, HTTP/s support to Cleo App for Canon devices Confirmations New and improved confirmation process using fax queue manager instead of a database trigger an extended stored procedure - Removed both MSSQL items and replaced them with logic in the fax queue manager. 6 6 Release Notes Added fax-page-timeout configuration option to xstreem.xml. This is the amount of time (seconds) to wait for a page to transmit before aborting with a "fax page timeout" error. The default (not configured) value is 900 seconds (15 minutes). EDS-Fax files that aren t processed successfully can now be resubmitted by renaming the input file. All user types can also be updated and deleted directly from the search results. The Notify > Admin > User > Update and Delete for FTP now works the same way as Xerox, Folder and Printer types. The Streem Notify Received page now checks for Received files in the old format. This allows users access to their pre-xstreem, for example, pre-7.x, received files.
