6 Supported Platforms Overview This document explains the current supported platforms for use with Confirm and related components. Where there is a date in the '' column, the product will no longer be supported from that date. Any products not listed in this document should be treated as not supported. 7 We recommend running the Confirm Task Processor on multiple core machines as it helps improving the processing of tasks executing in parallel. Database Platforms Microsoft SQL Server Database compatibility level must be 2008 (100) or later to be supported. Oracle 2008 SP R SP1 & SP SP SP1 11g R1 11g R2 12c R1 (see Note below) To be Withdrawn August 2018 To be Withdrawn August 2018 Oracle 12c using a Container Database architecture requires Confirm v15.20 or above. Prior to this (v15.10) only supported Oracle 12c R1 in the traditional (non-container) database deployment method. SQL Server Contained databases are supported with Confirm v15.20 and above. Ensure you upgrade your Confirm database/s to v15.20 or higher prior to converting to a contained environment. The Confirm Task Processor is supported on Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 and above. For Microsoft SQL Server versions from 2008SP1 to 2008SP3, please contact Pitney Bowes Support for database scripts. The Confirm Task Processor is supported on Oracle version and above. Spatial Databases ESRI ArcSDE Microsoft SQL Server Oracle (SDO) R2 (Native) 2012 SP SP1 11g R2 12c R1 ESRI ArcSDE spatial databases are not supported with Oracle 12c R1. Pitney Bowes 7 of 10
