It is possible that your watch is in the power save mode so the touch screen is not working.please try to long-press the crown for 2-3 seconds and turn-off the Power Reserve mode. Your watch should back to work in this case. 2. If your watch is not in power save mode and performing instructions in solution 1 does not help, please long-press crown for 10 seconds to reboot your watch.

If you forget your current password, you can change by entering 12 times wrong passwords so by design the system will force a reset. 25.how to turn screen always on? there is a option for you to enable screen always on. you can check about->version and click couple time until the developer mode on shows up. then go to the developer info and there should be a screen always on option. 26. Why Ticwatch is compatible with phone OS version(android 4.3+/iOS 8+)? If the phone version is older than 4.3 or ios8, the API will not be able to use which will cause frequent crashes. 27.
