Crystal Reports software is not included in the FlexiCapture distribution kit, but is still supported. Users who want to continue using Crystal Reports after upgrading to Release 5 will need to add the following parameter to the web.config file: <appsettings> <add key="usecrreportsystem" value="true"/>... <appsettings>.
