4 Chapter 1 Changes 1.1 Introduction Milsoft s Version release includes enhancements to the Report tool, as well as a new lua script, Find Unattached Map Points.lua, and support for large integers in External Tables. 1.2 Features This section will go over most of the large changes to the release of Version EA Added support in External Tables for large integers. LightTable users can now copy and paste to and from the points table in the Add Curve Wizard dialog. STD import can move sections again. Added the script Find Unattached Map Points.lua to the installed scripts. This script is used to detect map points of whatever type is configured. The default configured type is poles only with no attached sections GIS Correct Map Point types are now listed in the Project Properties dialog OMS Updated how Milsoft refreshes the real-time CIS information it receives. DisSPatch should update more smoothly when it receives many updates at once. Updated the Customer Outage Totals per Time Interval report template to avoid errors due to incorrect Local and no time interval being selected. If Verifying Open on an element de-energizes customers, the system will now create an outage. Otherwise, a Temp Open will be created. Users can now select the Date/Time format they want displayed on the Server Options tab of the Web Outage Viewer. 1

BUG FIXES Miscellaneous Added enhancements to the Reports tool which includes changing from a list to a tree view, updating the user interface, and giving users a second local place to save and pull reports. Improved the performance of auto-cleanup of the service_0000 database table. 1.3 Bug Fixes This section provides a summary of smaller feature additions or bug fixes to the release of Version EA Fixed an issue where pressing SHIFT+Click to select multiple Calculated Data Boxes was causing an access violation. Fixed an issue where certain WindMil analyses were running slowly when the Circuit Element Editor was open. Fixed an issue where WindMil was spending a very long time Saving Calculated Data after running an analysis. Fixed an issue causing LightTable to fail to save curve name changes. Fixed an issue where the Accumulated Impedance fields were not being saved with the rest of the calculated data in WindMil. Fixed an issue where the work environment would not load the sources correctly, resulting in loaded sources that were not visible, despite their saved setting. The Export to Text feature on the Selected Element Window was not producing a comma-delimited file. It now creates a comma-delimited file with a.csv extension. Fixed an issue where map points where being incorrectly flagged as duplicates on import due to GUIDs being in the file. Fixed an issue where the Work Environment would stop responding properly after importing elements on substations that were turned off. Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause LightTable to fail to load from within WindMil. Fixed an issue where deleted switchgear map points would still draw after being deleted. Fixed an issue causing some external table operations to be read as the wrong data type. Fixed import issues with MP Nodes in series. Fixed an issue where the Switchgear internals would get separated from the Switchgear map point. Fixed an issue with Switchgear elements stacking incorrectly if coordinates were slightly off in a file. Fixed an issue with the external bus work of a Switchgear not moving when the outside lines are moved GIS Fixed an issue where using the Connect tool in WindMilMap when leader lines were being shown would sometimes cause the connect to fail. Fixed an issue where the Select Target Feature dialog sometimes appeared on a different screen than ArcMap was running on. 2

The Export to Text feature on the Selected Element Window was not producing a comma-delimited file. It now creates a comma-delimited file with a.csv extension OMS Fixed an issue that caused the Web Outage Viewer s time stamps to have inconsistent formatting. Updated WebCall and CallsManager to ensure they would properly show CISComments information. Fixed invalid coordinate conversion on some coordinate systems. Fixed an issue where DisSPatch was failing to create a Temp Open when a device has no customers downline. Removed unused/deprecated tables in the OMS database. Fixed an issue where the circuit element tag was not displaying correctly with Shape Layers on in LandBase.
