4 4 2. GENERAL This document describes the administration of web server FDX-2025, and is limited to Usermode and Logon functions. All other functions are described in FDX-2025 Manual. The user interface of FDX-2025 is based on HTML pages on a built-in web server. To access these HTML pages you can use a built-in web browser or a remote web browser. 3. START PAGE After a successful logon a start page is shown. From the start page you can chose to: Change user / Log out by click on the Log out button. Chose another mode from Main menu. Browse to another substation via Links to other substations menu. Browse to a local HTML page via Links to local pages menu. Go to Alarm page by click on the Alarms button. From sub menu you can chose from: Set values (4.1) o Indications (4.2) o DO points (4.3)

LOGON To get access to the system you need to logon, you must have both a username and a password. Your user rights is depending on which user group your account belongs to. User FX2020 is a predefined user with read only access to the system. This user has no password. For information about all other accounts, please contact the system administrator.

6 6 5. POINTS In the sub menu the points are divided in type. There is also links to Modules (4.11), Calendar (4.12) and Event log (4.13). 3.1 POINT STATUS Each point can have one of the following states: Auto -> The value is the actual value (normal state) Manual -> The point is in manual mode and the value can be set by the user. Program-> The value is calculated by PCL-program (normal state) A blue rectangle indicates that the point is in manual mode. A red rectangle indicates communication error or module error.

7 7 3.2 POINT DIALOG If you click on a point in the point list you get a dialog that gives you more options for each point. On top with blue background is the point name. Text that is grey indicates that either is this function not available or the user has to low user rights MANUAL COMMAND If you select Manual command a new dialog is shown. There are two different dialog windows according to selected point type. Analog point Digital point To change an analog value: Type the new value and then click the Change button. The point changes to manual mode and a blue rectangle will appear at status field for selected point. To set the point to auto mode again, just click the Auto button.

8 8 To change a digital value: Select state in state window and then click the Change button. The point changes to manual mode and a blue rectangle will appear at status field for selected point. To set the point to auto mode again, just click the Auto button TREND TABLE By selecting Trend table from Point dialog a table containing the 120 latest values is shown. Sample times are defined in seconds and are individual for each point and can be set in programming mode. If point type is a digital point the latest 120 events are shown TREND GRAPH By selecting Trend graph from Point dialog a graphical view of analog value is shown. The graph shows the last 120 values for selected point and is only available for analog points.

9 OPEN PICTURE By selecting Open picture you will be directed to html page that contains selected point Programming By selecting Programming you will be directed to Programming mode and selected point will be open in edit mode Copy point name By selecting Copy point name selected point name will be copied into Windows memory so it can use it in other applications. Use Ctrl V to insert copied point name. 3.3 FILTERING By click the Filtering a new popup is shown and has the following settings:

10 POINT NAME Enter a search string for filter on point name (e.g. LB01). The list will now just show points that have this string in the point name POINT TEXT Enter a search string for filter on point text (e.g. Temperature). The list will now just show points that have this string in the point text LOCATION Select point type from list: Physical (points connected thru hardware) Fictive (points used in software) Global (values from other outstations) LOCK STATE Select Lock state from list: Manual (points in manual mode) Auto (points in auto mode) Program (points in program mode) ERROR STATE Select Error state from list: Yes (points that has communication error or module error) No (points without errors) TYPE Select type from list: Analog (measurement points) Counter (counter points) Run time (run time points)

11 11 6. POINT TYPES 4.1 SET VALUES This is a fictive analog point and it is used for set values, limits etc in different applications. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information. 4.2 INDICATIONS

12 12 This is a digital point and it can be either physical or fictive.this point type is intended for indication of status. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information. 4.3 DO POINTS This is a digital point and it can be either physical or fictive. This point type is intended for controlling objects.

14 MEASUREMENT This is an analog point and it can be either physical or fictive. This point type is intended for measurement and other analog values. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information.

15 CONTROL POINTS This is an analog point and it can be either physical or fictive. This point type is intended for controlling analog outputs. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information.

16 LOOKUP TABLES This point type is a table used for set point curves and to convert measurement points. This point type is intended to connect to a controller or a measurement point. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information.

17 TIME SCHEDULES This is a fictive digital point. This point type is intended to be used as a scheduled control point. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown. See Point dialog (3.2) for more information CHANGE TIME SCHEDULE To change a time schedule click on the time schedule you want to change and then click on Time Schedule in point dialog to open Change time schedule dialog.

18 18 Time schedule has following days: Mo (Monday) Tu (Tuesday) We (Wednesday) Th (Thursday) Fr (Friday) Sa (Saturday) Su (Sunday) E1 (Extra 1) - Optional E2 (Extra 2) - Optional E3 (Extra 3) - Optional H1 (Holiday 1) H2 (Holiday 2) The day types E1, E2 and E3 override all other day types. H1 and H2 override Mo Su. By click Copy events button a new dialog is open.

19 19 To copy an event select the day in Copy from that you want to copy from. Select all day you want to copy to in Copy to and then click Copy button. 4.8 CONTROL POINTS This is a fictive point. This point type is intended to be used to control objects by modulate an output in one or more stages according to setvalue and measured point value. By click on a point in the list this dialog is shown.

20 20 See Point dialog (3.2) for more information SETVALUE By click Setvalue in Point dialog the following dialog is showed: To change setvalue type the new value and click Change button, it will now be set to manual mode. By click Auto button the Setvalue will go back to auto mode CHANGE LOOKUP TABLE If Setvalue for selected controller is calculated by a lookup table the selection Lookup table will be available in Point dialog. By click Lookup table the following dialog is shown:

21 21 To change values, type the new value and then click the Change button. 4.9 ALARMS This is a digital point and it can be either physical or fictive.this point type is intended for indication of alarm status. Alarms can have this four different states : Alarm/Unacknowledged Alarm/Acknowledged Normal/ Unacknowledged Normal/ Acknowledged UNACKNOWLEDGED ALARMS By click Alarms button a list with unacknowledged alarms is shown.

25 25 The different colors indicate different states for each event. Red -> Alarm Violet Green Black -> Acknowledged -> Normal -> Other events (e.g. Manual -> Auto) The Alarm log shows the last 200 events LOG By selecting log a log list is shown.

26 26 This log is only active if is defined as an alarm device SMS LOG By select SMS log a log list is shown. This log is only active if SMS is defined as an alarm device.

27 ALL POINTS This list shows all defined points in the system MODULES This shows the configuration of each I/O module. Connectors are the number of the physical connector at the module.

28 CALENDAR The calendar can be defined for the next 12 coming months.

29 29 By click on a date the following dialog is shown. Select day type Mo - Su, E1, E2, E3 for selected date. If it is a period select number of days in Days list. Check Every year if it is periodic for each year. The colors in the calendar represent: Black border Today. Blue text event that occurs once. Red text event that is periodic every year. Bold text (black) - H1 and H EVENT LOG The Event log shows system events e.g. log in, log out. It can be filtered by the following event types: Point updates Calendar Time schedules Settings Security Logins User interface

30 30 The amount of events to save can be set in system setup.

31 31 7. LOCAL SYSTEM PAGES Here are links to all user defined system pages. By click on an object in a page you can access the same point dialog as described in Points (3). A blue rectangle indicates that the point is in manual mode. A red rectangle indicates communication error or module error.
