Entering the system The system is accessed on the website pandora-on.com On the home page you should enter login ( ) and password that was given to you by the developer after signing the contract. 2 2. Monitoring principles All vehicles that should be tracked are automatically recorded (with initial registration in the system) in a so-called main group. Home page when you log in the system will look similar: Moreover, desired number of additional groups can be created. Vehicles can be logically added to any group. The vehicle can belong to multiple groups simultaneously.

3 On the main screen total statistic values for each group in general, area of the map that shows the relative position of the vehicles in the group and a list of the most important events and statuses related to the main group and additional groups will be displayed. Filter to display events can be set with module of the corresponding icons, and its last settings are automatically saved when exit the system. List of vehicles in the group contains information about connection with a car (green signal is connected, red is no connection), the last detected speed, fuel level, mileage for the selected period and balance of the SIM card. The time period for which statistics will be displayed is set by one of the following options: day, week, month, whatever calendar period. When selecting the group, the location of all vehicles relative to each other will be displayed on the map. When you select a particular vehicle on the map or in a list, map is centered with respect to this car, and there is access to the settings of properties telemetry device mounted on the car, and the window of the active management of the telemetry device. WARNING! Sending of active control commands can cause the emergency situation when driving or staying in the parking. This kind of operation can only be performed only by an authorized person.

4 Zoom controls, map type selection, zooming to the area to find all members of the vehicle group are located in the lower right corner of the map. The relative position of all the vehicles in the group is constantly displayed in the upper right corner of the map. Boundaries of the displayed area of the map will show the number of group vehicles that is in this direction beyond boundaries because of motion or window shift and changing the map scale. The number of vehicles that had no alarm events during a given time period is shown as blue and that had alarm events as red. The black color marks total number of vehicles. Changing the position of the moving vehicle is displayed on the map in real time in increments of few seconds. The current track is not displayed when moving. Tracks (traffic routes between long stops) are recorded by the system with the speed and direction. The required track can be selected to view visually from the list of statuses and events.

5 The list of tracks to select can be limited by specifying criteria from the drop-down menu. Moreover, press Today icon to display all tracks of the selected vehicle per day. Showing all types of events in the list including the tracks can be disabled/enabled using icons of displayed events types over the list. When event is selected from a list, the event location will be displayed on the map, and detailed status when the even happened will be displayed in the list.

6 3. Reports receiving The main source of the statistical information receiving to analyze the efficiency of using vehicles is the system reports. Reports creation is performed via 2 steps. Firstly, specific criteria of the report should be created. To do this, new report is added in the correspond menu item: it has desired type and its parameters can be set on the open page. The name of the report should be set for saving. The time period and vehicles information about them will be recorded should be set too. In addition, should be specified to receive a copy of the report in pdf

7 After saving of parameters, this report will be available to view in the list of reports. Next step - press Show to generate the body of the report (it can take some time and is illustrated with progress indicator). It will be displayed on separate page of browser. This report will be stored in the system as formed one and repeated access will not be required. A number of events that were recorded in the report can be displayed on the map in a separate browser tab when selecting Open action. Records that lost their relevance can be removed from the list using the corresponding tag.

8 4. Geo-fences and rules The system has built-in features to fix and to send notifications to responsible persons about emergency events: crossing borders of set geographical fences, breaking the set speed limit, loss of connection, low balance on SIM card, unauthorized vehicle movement, as well as on security related events, e.g. refuel. Emergency notifications will be performed with text messages to the main phone s number (that was set when installing the system) or that is set in vehicle features. Notifications sending via specific means for the certain vehicle can be set individually. Security related notifications can be set in the features of certain vehicles.

9 Notifications that are related to user-set rules and are set in the corresponding section of rules settings. To add the rule to the notification monitoring system, it can be selected by the user from the list of possible types.

10 For each saved rule specific parameters for notifications and restrictions can be used (e.g., for time period only notify during working hours or not during working hours) and if needed in relation to the area (geo-fences). Geo-fences can be defined via graphical indication on the map of the specific shape or via superimposition on a map of the route (road) with certain width (to eliminate positioning errors).
