7 Preface About This Manual This manual introduces commands line and relevant interface of RC3000E software comprehensively. It is a reference for RC3000E device or related software version users. Who Should Read This Manual This manual is a valuable reference for sales and marketing staff, after service staff and telecommunication network designers. For those who want to have an overview of the features, applications, structure and specifications of RC3000E device, this is also a recommended document. Starting and ending time are both format in xx month, hh hour mm minute of the n th (or the last) weekday. For instance, the summer time in China is from 2 clock am of the second Sunday in April to 2 clock am of the second Sunday in September. The clock is set 1 hour faster during this time, namely time offsetting is 60.
