1 Sharing your Wattbike data with TrainingPeaks

2 Connecting to Training peaks ios & Android Within the Wattbike Hub app you are able to directly connect your Hub, Strava and TrainingPeaks accounts, so once you have done a ride through the Wattbike Hub the app will automatically send your data to Strava and TrainingPeaks. A) To link your accounts load up your app -> Go to settings -> Profile -> Then tap on the corrisponding greyed out buttons for Strava and TrainingPeaks. B) The apps will lead you to a their respective service connect pages in a mobile web browser, enter your details to continue. B) Once you have successfully updated your details and linked your account the buttons for Strava and TrainingPeaks will turn Orange and Blue. Please note that the app will only transfer the your newly completed sessions to TrainingPeaks and Strava. The app cannot upload your historical data to the services.

3 Transferring your session data to TrainingPeaks Old Method This method requres: 1. Windows computer with Wattbike Expert software installed (or mac with a vertual windows installed) 2. Your Wattbike Prformance Monitor 3. An 'A' to 'B' USB cable (similar to the one that came with your bike) A. Open the Wattbike Expert software and select Transfer Sessions from Device B. Select Device if transferring from a monitor or USB Stick, if you wish to import from a USB stick the process follows the same procedure.

4 C. Connect a WPM and wait for Expert software to recognise the WPM, turn on the WPM and connect it to the computer using the USB A to B Cable. If it the first time the WPM has been connected to the computer, the WPM it may show initialising. Once the WPM has been connected the Mounting SD Card Will show. D. IF the WPM has no users set up the general ride history is named UnkownUser. If the WPM has some users in it; Select the User (1) you wish to import sessions from the select either Import all sessions (2) - which will import all sessions from the selected user profile- or Click Sessions details (3) to select specific sessions from that user to import those.

5 E. Clicking on Import all Sessions (2) will bring up the Personal data box to which you select the user profile you wish to import to. N.B. This Personal Data profile has no connection to the Users profiles in the WPM, they are two separate entities. For sessions to be transferred across from the User profile in the WPM to the correct profile in the Expert software, it has to be done manually. F. Clicking on Sessions detail (3) will bring up the Sessions List dialogue box. To import a session, click on the session (A) then choose either to Import that single session (B) or Import all sessions (C). D and E are to delete the sessions from the user profile. Once you have finished with this dialogue box click OK (F) to exit.

6 G. On the main Transfer Sessions dialogue box click okay to close, the software will then safely dismount the WPM from the computer and workout upload mode will disappear from the WPM. Exit to the main blue screen. H. On the top icon menu bar select Open Personal File From Database. I. Select the Person to which the session is associated (1), click on the session (2), click on the menu button in the bottom left corner (3) and then click Send to Training Peaks (4). N.B. To send multiple sessions to Training Peaks at once, click on the top session (2) then press and hold shift on the keyboard, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the last in the list. This will select all of the sessions.

7 J. Enter a Training Peaks User Name (1), Password (2), enter the data timing interval [leave at 1s] (3) and click send (4).

8 K. After clicking send the progress bar on the bottom left hand side of the screen will show the progress of the data sending to Training Peaks (1). To stop the transfer press ESC on the computer keyboard. L. Once complete the Send Data Dialogue Box disappears and the process is complete

9 Sharing your Wattbike data with Garmin Connect F. To upload the workout files(s) to the Garmin website export the session as a file, follow Points A and B then on the Menu box select G. Select the location (1) then click OK (2). The sessions would have been exported as.pdb files. Export Personal Files.

10 H. To convert the file to a 3 rd party software compatible format use the website once you have converted the files using the website upload the workout files to the garmin website as a manual upload.
