1 Instructions for International Exhibitor Registration & Visa Letter Requests Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard NEED HELP LOGGING IN? Contact Rob Pennylegion or Willie Wolfman at

2 Go to Exhibitor Services. And click Exhibitor Badge Registration on the following page.

3 Please verify the contact information first Single-Sign-On is incorporated, you do not have to re-login in here. It will take you to the registration dashboard.

4 If you would like to receive badges in mail, please choose UPS and put in your UPS account for mailing. If this is your first time logging in, you have to verify your main contact information first before moving forward with your registrations.

6 Register and Manage Booth Personnel Visa Letter Request: click this box if this registrant needs one Five registration types to choose from, selected type will show on your badge.

7 Input the name on your passport or other travel document this registrant will use

8 Register and Manage Booth Personnel Your registered personnel will appear here. You can make changes and request visa letter from here as well. A list of booth personnel registered for the 2017 InfoComm Show is pre-loaded for quick alumni registration.

9 Click the pencil button to review and update this registrant s information. The visa letter request option is here

10 Register and Manage Booth Personnel Download the template, complete the fields and then upload it to register your booth personnel This is the template. The fields in red are required. The fields in gray are for visa letter requests for international exhibitors. If a letter is requested complete these fields and add Y to the Visa Letter Column.

12 Register and Manage Booth Personnel Use this filter to search your registered booth personnel.

13 Register and Manage Booth Personnel Exhibitor main contact will not be automatically registered. You have to click the Register button to register this person. All registered personnel will show up here. There are five registration types to choose from, selected type will show on badge. Exhibitors may add education sessions to each registration. Go to the completed personel and confirmation page to send confirmation and visa letter

14 View Completed Booth Personnel Review your registered booth personnel, add sessions. When you click the Send Contact Confirmation, a confirmation with all booth personnel info will be sent to exhibitor contact s . When you click the send confirmation(s) button, a visa letter and confirmation will be sent to the registrant s .

15 Review VIP code, invite your customers, and track attendees that have used your code Using your designated VIP code, your customers can register for Exhibit Hall Only Pass for free. Use this template to invite your customers: Input their information, preview the invitation letter, then hit the Send Invitation button. Your customers will receive an invitation with a link to register and your VIP code. Use this link in your invitations. Your unique VIP code will already be added. Attendees that have used your code will show up here.
