Approve Package API Access, click Next Step 2. Choose Grant access to all users, click Next Step 3. Install package, click Install Step 4. Click Deploy Now Step 5. Click Deploy Step 6. Installation Completed Enable MultiMatch functionality within Match My SalesForce Profiles Setup Go to "Setup" -> "Administration Setup -> Manage Users -> Profiles In the Profiles list, click on Standard User Click Clone Standard User Enter a profile name: i.e. Standard User Custom In Profile Detail, click Edit Scroll down and find Custom Object Permissions" For " Messages" and " Message Related Objects" check Read, Create, Edit, Delete. DO NOT check View All, Modify All. Then scroll down and click Save Go back to "Setup" -> "Administration Setup -> Manage Users -> Profiles Click on "Standard User Click on "View Users" Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc
5 Check every user in this list and click Edit You will see the screen below Change Profile to Standard User Custom Click Save Change default layout for installed custom objects (NOT required for Salesforce Professional /Group Editions) In "Page Layouts" section (at the top or scroll down), click "Page Layout Assignment" Click "Edit Assignment" Select all profiles (hold SHIFT and click on first then last profile) At "Page Layout To Use" in dropdown select " Message Layout (PE/GE) or (UE/EE)" and click Save Repeat steps for " Message Related Object" Add Messages and Match My web tabs Click + on web tabs bar (near Home, File, etc) Click "Customize My Tabs" (button positioned in the right side) Select " Messages" and "Match My " from Available tabs and move them to Selected tabs using Add > Save Customize Layouts for Accounts, Cases, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities Go to "Setup" -> "App Setup" -> "Customize" -> "Accounts"-> Page Layouts ->Edit (UE/EE only) Select "Related Lists" Drag " Messages" from available Related Lists item to the bottom of page On Messages section, click Related List Properties (the tool icon) In the pop-up window, from Available Fields select in the following order by holding down CTRL and clicking: Click OK button Make sure that Related Lists is highlighted and click Save Answer Yes to Overwrite Users 'Related List Customizations'? Go to "Setup" -> "App Setup" -> "Customize" -> "Cases"-> Page Layouts -> Edit Click Edit for Case Layout (UE/EE only). 6 1. Overview 1.1. Set-Up Basics In order to set-up Match My , Version 2.0 MultiMatch ( MME ), you will need to complete the following steps. 1. Create An Account 2. Set Up Your Salesforce Credentials, Matching Rules and Services 3. Set Up Your Credentials and IMAP Imports 4. Install the Match My Custom Objects in Salesforce.com and Configure Your Salesforce.com Default Layouts The purpose of this Set-Up Guide is to get you through those four steps as quickly as possible. Creating a Match My Account The first step is to create a Match My account Go to the Match My web site Point your browser at the Match My web site at and click the Customer Login button in the upper right hand corner. All major browsers are supported: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari Click Don t Have An Account. Sign Up Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc
8 2.3. Fill in the Sign Up Form Note that your address will be your Username in Match My . That same address will receive a verification code Verify Account For security purposes, you will need to verify your account by entering a verification code in the dialog box. You will receive the verification code via . Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc
9 Receive with Verification Link and Code Click on the verification link or go to login page and cut and paste the verification code from the into the dialog box in MME and click Submit Your account has been set up. As the Account Owner, you will have all privileges within Match My . You will be able to set up users and assign them roles: end-user or systems admin. Account Owner can view the entire stream related to the users in your account. There could be set up as many as 10 domains for import. Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc

Setting Up Your Salesforce.com Credentials It is recommended that you input your Salesforce.com credentials first Go to Settings in the MME Command Ribbon Once you enter MME, you will see the main command ribbon at the top of the screen. Click on Settings Open Salesforce Integration Tab Walk through the three steps highlighted on the screenshot below Enter Salesforce username Enter Salesforce password Get Salesforce Security Token Scrolled down to the bottom of the page and click Save 3.3. Getting Your Salesforce Security Token There are two ways to get the Salesforce security token: find the last that you received from Salesforce.com the last time you changed your password (for most Salesforce users this will be in the last 90 days) or get a new security token by logging into your Salesforce account and go to Account->Setup. 11 It is highly recommended that the user attempt to find the last security token he or she received from Salesforce.com so as not to disrupt other API-enabled applications using that security token. However, if you can t find the last security token that you received from Salesforce.com, follow the steps outlined below to get a new security token. Please beware that you will need to reset all you other API-enabled applications if you get a new security token Click on your Account Name and select Setup 3.4. 13 3.7. Selecting Your Salesforce.com Matching Rules MME lets you pick your own personal Salesforce.com Matching Rules. Matching Rules enable you to configure MME to conform to the way you work Enable / Disable Contacts Enable / Disable Leads Enable / Disable Users Enable / Disable Accounts Enable / Disable Cases Go to the bottom of the page and click Save. 14 3.8. Selecting Your Salesforce.com Other Services MME lets you set other parameters related to integration with Salesforce.com and Google Docs called Other Services. Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc

Setting Up Imports Once your Match My account is verified and your Salesforce.com credentials are set up, click Please Provide Information to set up import or go to the Import tab at the top of the screen in the Main Command Ribbon To Import from a new Account click +New 4.2. Select either Google Mail Account or Other IMAP Server If you have selected Other IMAP Server skip to Section Google Mail account also applies to Google Apps accounts. 17 4.3. If you select Google Mail Account, then click Grant Access, otherwise skip to Section Click Authorize Service to establish Oauth credentials 4.5. Google will prompt you to Grant Access to the Match My application to access your Gmail account. Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc

If Google Mail is your primary business account, most users select the INBOX and Sent Mail folders using the Add to Selected button. Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc
20 4.11. More Folder Selection Strategies. If Google Mail is not your primary business account or a personal account, many users select a Salesforce folder using the Add to Selected button. s are dragged and dropped into the Salesforce folder in Gmail for import into Match My Click the Save button to complete the Import Set Up. Match My will import new s from your Gmail or Google Apps account every twenty minutes and hold the for 45 days. s are reprocessed continuously for 45 days looking for new matches that are then uploaded to Salesforce.com. That means that you do not have to worry about s being logged into Salesforce.com if the s arrived in your Inbox before you have had a chance to set up a Salesforce.com record, be it a Lead, Contact, Opportunity, Account, Person Account or Case. 21 4.13. Non-Google and Other IMAP Server or Service Imports. Setting up an account import from all non-google servers or services, such as Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes / Domino, Yahoo!, AOL, gmx.de, Network Solutions, GoDaddy, Communigate Pro, Sendmail, Open-Xchange, Zarafa, Zimbra, MailEnable, Qmail,etc. Click Please Provide Information to jump to the Import tab or go to the Main Command Ribbon at the top of the screen and click the Import tab To add and set up another Import from any Other IMAP server or service click +New Select Other IMAP server Match My Set-Up Guide RAE Internet Inc

24 4.19. Folder Selection Strategies Clicking on the Add to selected button moves a folder to the Selected Folders box. In this example, because the Microsoft Exchange account is a business account, the entire INBOX and the Sent Items folder are imported in Match My . For a personal account, users often just select a single folder specifically earmarked for that should be logged into Salesforce.com. This folder selection strategy give the user full control over the that is downloaded to the Match My cloud and subsequently uploaded to Salesforce.com. 28 5.3. SalesForce Profiles Setup Note: This is ONLY for SalesForce Unlimited/Enterprise/Non-Profit Editions. By default, only SF admin and users with custom profiles are allowed to access custom objects (i.e. installed by MME package). Users with Standard profiles cannot access custom objects.
