1 Adding Users to Existing Match My Account 1. Cloud Admin for Match My logs in at 2. Navigate to Settings > Domains & Users OR 3. Add Domain with following steps. If Domain is added, you can skip to Step 4 - however, it is strongly recommended that you confirm the ignore rule for your domain is in place as set up in Step Click on Add Domain. (Domains under company control can be added. Public domains such as yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc. cannot be added here.) 3.2. Fill in fields based on following guidance. Login with Google Apps: For Google Apps Users, choose Enabled to allow Users to login to MME by clicking Google button for convenience.

2 For Allow End-user to Import From: This IMAP server restricts end-user to importing from this designated domain. Checking Any other IMAP server enables flexibility for IMAP imports and is recommended. Google users should check Gmail Click Save 3.3. Add Ignore Rule for Domain This rule is a protective measure against uploading internal into Salesforce.com. Think of it as directing MME to ignore matching of s to records containing employee addresses (such as Lead or Contact records for employees) Click Ignores in MME menu ribbon. Click the Domain tab (behind Personal). Click Add Fill in the fields per guidelines below:. For Address to Ignore: type in domain (everything after and not including symbol in addresses). For Ignore Type: choose just address. This is VERY important for this particular rule. For Direction of Address: click the button by any User to Apply to: should be showing domain already. Click Save. 4. With Domain on left, on the right click button Add User

3 4.1. Fill in per following guidance: For Username: Everything in front symbol in address. In address jane@acmecompany.com, username is jane. (Some on-premise or older servers may authenticate usernames in an AD structure or with a unique ID. If so, this should be added in Username field.) Enter First Name and Last Name For Role: Choose End User if you want this User to see only their own s in Match My cloud and only create personal ignore rules. Choose Domain Admin if you want this User to see s of all Users in Match My cloud and to create ignore rules that apply across domain. (See more about Roles at Click Save Once Users are added to list on Domains & Users tab, each User must then login to Match My to set up their own Salesforce Integration and Import. This is a security step required of Match My by Salesforce.com. Cloud Admins can obtain User's passwords if they want to complete set up for Users. 5. Set up New User's Salesforce Integration In MME menu, go to Settings > Salesforce Integration. The following steps are similar for both roles of Domain Administrator or End User although some of the screen shots may not look exactly the same due to differing roles. The instructions will fully explain necessary steps.

4 6.2. Click +New. If User's role is a Domain Admin, you may already see some integration settings listed for other Users. As an End User, you will see no other settings If User's role is Domain Admin, in the Applies To field on upper right choose own address from drop down menu. If User's role is End User, Applies to is not visible For both roles, choose Remote Access (OAuth) for the Access type. This ensures future password changes will be automatically authenticated. Click Grant For Organization Type choose Production. (Sandbox is only selected when MME has been installed in a Sandbox testing environment for Enterprise or Unlimited editions). Click Next You will be bounced to Salesforce. (If you see the red text as in screenshot below, please enable pop-ups for and then click Next again.) Login with new User's Salesforce credentials. Click Allow.

5 6.6. You will bounce back to MME and newly saved information will be listed in light grey text. Click Save. 7. Set up New User's Import If User has 2-step verification with Google Mail, please visit Click Import > +New 7.2. In Import settings screen, fill in fields based on guidelines below: For Import Name: you can type in a descriptive name or leave it blank and it will default to the address after saving. The Import From choose Domain option. In User field enter User's address desired for importing and matching. It will be automatically filled in with the address used to login to MME. For Password: enter the password for this account Click Refresh Folders and the folder structure of IMAP account will appear in Available Folders box For Import Folders field, choose Selected from drop down. For fully automatic function from Match My , select Inbox and Sent Items for synchronization with Salesforce. There may be more than one outgoing folder, such as Sent Messages or Sent.. DO NOT select an option for All Mail, or Junk, Spam, Draft, etc. These additional selections will slow down processing of relevant s. For more on folder selection visit *Please note that if subfolders are selected, they are limited to 18 per import in basic subscription.

6 7.5. Click the top arrow button, the < button, to move your selected folders to the Selected Folders window on the left. Status should be set for Autorun my import by schedule. Click SAVE.
