1 1 Rehearsal Schedule --Please carefully examine this schedule and mark any rehearsals you are required to attend. If you are not sure if you are called for a particular rehearsal, please ask Mrs. Hazlett. BAD WEATHER: --If school is closed, there is no rehearsal/performance. --All weather decisions after open school hours will be made by Mrs. Hazlett. There will be an announcement made in school and a Remind text sent for any changes. --Please note: This is not a list of suggestions. These are required rehearsals. Excessive lateness and/or absence will result in dismissal from the show. We need everyone to give 100%! --Any and all conflicts must be ed to Mrs. Hazlett ASAP. --This schedule is subject to alteration. Make up rehearsals for snow days are built into the schedule. Please leave these dates open. --Rehearsals may end early occasionally. As much advance notice as possible will be given. --Bring something quiet to do to all rehearsals. You must remain in the auditorium, even if you are not on stage the entire rehearsal. Actor & Parent Expectations EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE CAST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: --Bring your scripts and a pencil to ALL rehearsals. You must be off-book (memorized) by February 26 th. You will be charged for lost materials. All materials are due back on March 14 th. --Check the rehearsal schedule, making note of when you are called. Please schedule all appointments, trips, etc. around the rehearsal schedule a fantastic show requires commitment from the cast. Missed rehearsals will probably mean you are removed from the numbers that were missed. Students out of school sick cannot attend rehearsal. **********NO ONE IS ALLOWED AN ABSENCE THE WEEK OF MARCH th!********** --Costumes will be discussed within the next few weeks. Collect and label (hangers, too) all items required for your costume by February 22 nd. --Maintain your academics. There are no rehearsals on Fridays or weekends, and rehearsals never run later than 6 pm (except for dress rehearsals and performances). There is plenty of time to do your homework. Two failing grades in any subject will result in INELIGIBILITY. Students who are ineligible are unable to attend rehearsals, which endangers their participation in the show. --There will be a cast party on Saturday, March 17 th after our final performance. --Parents: We will strike the set during the cast party on March 17 th. Many hands make light work! --Parents: Please plan on attending the parent meeting on Wednesday, January 10 th at 7 pm in the auditorium.
