2 Date: 23 rd November 2016 NIT : CMTI/PUR/14/ Advt. : 11/2016 Corrigendum to Tender for Establishing Video Conferencing Facility at CMTI Note: In addition to the notes under Annexure - 2, following 3 notes are added: 1) All Video Conferencing Products (present under B. of Annexure 2) should be from the same OEM. 2) The recording device, present under Annexure 2, E. 1., HD DVD Recorder, should record live Video conferencing calls. 3) If bidder desires to increase the quantity of any item, bidder may do so by increasing the quantity and adding under optional item in the commercial bid document and technical quotation. Also, proper justification has to be provided in the technical quotation for the same. Other changes are as per the below table: 1.
