3 Item No. 1 Annexure No-1 (page 2 of 2) Technical terms and conditions General Requirement 1) Your quotation should be as per the indent specification; however specification at higher side is acceptable. 2) Drivers, & license in DVD/CD media or another mode (i.e. internet etc.) from original manufacture should be submitted with the desktop computer. 3) The supplier has to make necessary arrangement for installation and configuration of the item as per NPCIL requirements means the installation & configuration of Window Operating System 10 (64 bit) (default along with network facility & windows domain) or higher and MS Office 2013 (64 bit) (default) or higher. 4) Bidder must be authorized to supply the PC /Laptop from OEM and submit the authorization certificate. 5) The OEM must have very well established sales and services network and must have local authorized services center in Rajasthan /nearby Metro Cities. 6) Offers not meetings on-site warranty requirement are liable to be rejected. Bidders may take care this requirement while quoting item rates. 7) Visual inspection at site means checking of entire hardware component visually as per the specification. 8) Offers not submitted with compliance sheet (Item No.-1, Annexure- 1, Page No. 1&2) & OEM authorization letter are liable to be rejected. 9) Payment within 30 days after complete supply, installation, configuration of all utility of laptop computer at NPCIL, RR Site Unit-7&8.
