3 ACTIVE MSIGN 1. ACTIVE MSIGN Step 1: Registering for msign at Branch/Sub Branch or send a message with syntax: MSIGN DANGKY User ID CMND to 8149 (Using your registered mobile number) Step 2: Download the application Downloading app from: App Store (for iphone) CH Play (for Android phone) Device requirement: ios version 6.0 and above (No jailbreak) Android version 4.1 and above (No Root) Step 3: Login Sacombank Internet Banking ( click Activate Step 4: Activation code is sent via SMS to your contact mobile number from Sacombank System P a g e 1 15

Please return to isacombank.com.vn and proceed to step 7 Step 7: Complete Activation on screen by clicking Complete Note 1: For the first activation on iphone, the application will ask permission to send a notification : If you choose Don t Allow, the msign application will be activated using the mcode method. If you select Allow, the msign application will be activated using the mconnected method. The msign application only asks for Premission once, so if you choose "Don t Allow" and want to convert the method used from mcode to mconnected, you need to perform the following steps: Step 1: Enable the Notification of the application on the device (Please refer to the more detailed instructions on page 6 of this document). 8 Note 2: Any fingerprint or Face ID registered on the phone can be used to sign in to the Sacombank msign application. Therefore, you should not allow others to register your fingerprint or Face ID on your phone. In case your device changes fingerprint / Face ID, msign will appear warning. Please login to the application by passcode and enable fingerprint/face ID authentication. P a g e 6 15

9 2. STEP TO TURN ON NOTIFICATION AND CAMERA During the activation of msign, in some steps the application will ask you to enable Notification and access Camera of the device. If you selected Decline / Disallow and can not continue the activation process, you can follow the instructions below to enable these features on your mobile device. iphone Select Setting Select Sacombank msign Turn on Camera and Select Android Notifications to turn on. 10 AUTHORISE TRANSACTION USING MSIGN 1. MCODE MODE a. Authorise transaction on ebanking Step 1: Initiate transaction on ebanking (ibanking, mbanking), select mcode from drop down list of msign token mode Step 2: Open msign app, enter passcode (or scan with your fingerprint) OTP is displayed on msign app screen, customer enters this OTP to authenticate transaction In case of this OTP expired, the error message shows that OTP is expired as above. Click OK and login again to get another OTP P a g e 8 15

Authorise online payment Step 1: Customer made a online payment using Sacombank card (Passport Plus, Visa, Master ) Step 2: At the Payment Gateway screen, He/she open the msign application to get the authentication code, type in the code to complete the transaction 1. MCONNECTED MODE Step 1: Initiate transaction on ebanking (ibanking, mbanking), select mconnected, click Continue Transaction screen on ebanking (ibanking, mbanking) will be locked for 2 minutes to authenticate transaction on msign app P a g e 9 15

12 Bước 2: Authorise transaction on msign app Push notification is sent to notify customer that there is a transaction that needs to authenticate. Click the notification. RESET APPLICATION Customer has to reset the app in the following situations: Forgot passcode to login the app Re-installing the msign app Changing the phone Step 1: Sending the SMS message with syntax: MSIGN RESET User ID CMND to 8149 (Using your registered mobile number) Step 2: Select Reset Application on msign app (Case 1) or Re-install App (Case 2,3) Step 3: Start the Activation process on and msign app again P a g e 11 15

Enable Fingerprint/ Face ID Authentication LOCK AND UNLOCK MSIGN Lock and unlock msign Token by sending SMS messages with the following syntax: MSIGN KHOA User ID CMND to 8149 MSIGN MOKHOA User ID CMND to 8149 (Using your registered mobile number) Note: If customers enter the wrong OTP for 5 times or msign Token has been locked by Sacombank Officer, unlocking msign request via SMS will be declined.
