3 INTRODUCTION The Bmobile app is designed for the users of the new Bmobile Visa card. Using this application the user can: TopUp pre-paid phones: Inputs: - Enter bmobile Number. - Enter the amount of TopUp to be credited to pre-paidnumber. - Enter bmobile Visa Card details for instant payment. Outputs: - Confirmation . - Transaction ID. Pay Bmobile bills: for all TSTT accounts (including bmobile, BLINK, TSTT) Inputs: - Enter billing ID. - Enter billing date - Enter billing Total Amount - Enter Total Amount payment by customer - Enter bmobile Visa Card details for payment Outputs: - Confirmation . - Transaction ID Access to the independent Bmobile Visa Wallet App where the user can: Profile Actions: - Create a User to manage the Visa Wallet App. - Modify User Password. Add new Bmobile Visa. View Visa Balance. View Recent Transactions. View Chip PIN. Profile Management: Manage Bmobile cards used in this app: add or remove th cards. Review the transaction history in this app: top ups, bills payed, etc. 1

4 2. ACCESS AND LOGIN Download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Once you open the app, you get the login screen - Enter the registered and password. Please remember that the address entered will be used by the App to send confirmations of payments. - Click on Remember Me check to avoid entering again and password every time you access the app 3 APP USAGE 3.1 TOP UP Once you have entered the and password you wil be able to access the main menu screen. Press Online TopUp to access the TopUp screen. To TopUp a cell phone: - Fill in the phone number. - Select the amount by selecting it from the list. - And press enter For a first time user, click on the Sign on link. You ll go to the Register Screen. - Enter the you want to use with the account, your name and surname, password to access the app and your active/registered Bmobile phone number 2 3

5 The phone number field will show the customer the previously topped up phone numbers. Just start typing the number and a list will be shown with the last numbers.: If the payment is successful, the Successful payment message is shown. You will receive and with the details of the transaction. Press Ok and return to the main menu. If there is one error in the process: wrong CVV or no communication with the payment gateway server, the Error Message is shown After typing the number (or selecting from the previous ones used) and the amount - Select the card to use. - And enter the CVV card in the next screen. 3.2 BILL PAYMENT On the Main Menu screen press the Bill Payment option. 4 5

6 The Bill Payment screen is shown. - Type the number for the payment (account number) Type the Amount. The field is preformatted for 2 decimal places. If you are trying to type 8.5 just press 8, then 5 and then 0 - If you like to type 500, press 5 and then the 0 4 times. - Select the card to use. - And enter the CVV number in the next screen. If the payment is successful, the Transaction is approved message is shown. You will receive and with the details of the transaction. Press Ok and return to the main menu. If there is one error in the process: wrong CVV or no communication with the payment gateway server, the Error Message is shown is shown. 6 7

7 3.3 VISA WALLET APP With this function the Visa Wallet App to manage your Bmobile Card in detail will open if you have it installed in your phone. Press Visa Wallet App in the Main Menu. - If you don t have the Bmobile Card app installed it will take you to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download it. - If the Bmobile Card app is installed in your phone it will open in a new screen. Enter login as proceed as usual in this app CARD USER LOG IN Once you have opened the app, the log in screen is displayed. Enter the username and password Click on Log In The following is displayed to the user to complete the registration process: Mobile Phone Number (The devices phone number) Proxy Number (Number on back of card) Secret Code (Given by card company) Username (choose your username) New Password (choose a password) Re-enter New Password (same password) * Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain 1 uppercase alpha, 1 lower case alpha, 1 numeric and 1 special character (!%&$) First time users, click on the New User Registration link which will take you into the app registration screen. Once you have completed each item, click on Register If you have forgotten the password you use to login to the app, click on Forgot Password 8 9

8 The following is displayed to the user to complete the new password process: Username (the name to login to the app) Mobile Phone Number (The devices phone number) Proxy Number (Number on back of card) Secret Code (Given by card company) Username (choose your username) New Password (choose a password) Re-enter New Password (same password) * Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain 1 uppercase alpha, 1 lower case alpha, 1 numeric and 1 special character (!%&$) Once you have completed each item, click on Change Password MAIN MENU Once you have successfully logged in, the main menu is displayed. From the main menu screen you can access the following: View Balance View Recent Transactions View Chip PIN Change Password Log Out Your proxy number (from the back of card) will also be displayed on this screen VIEW BALANCE To view your current bard balance, click on View Balance and your balance is displayed. To exit, hit the back button VIEW RECENT TRANSACTIONS To view your recent transaction history, click View Recent Transactions. Your recent transactions are displayed as follows: Trans Date the date the transaction occurred Posting Date the date the transaction settled Merchant the merchant name where the transactions was done Description the type of transaction Amount the total cost of the transaction To exit, hit the back button 10 11

9 3.3.5 VIEW CHIP PIN If you have forgotten your PIN for your card, you can click View Chip PIN to retrieve your PIN. You must enter your password. This will be the password you use to access the app. After entering your password, click on Get PIN LOG OUT To log out of the app, click on Log Out. This will end your session or give you the option to Log In Again. Your Chip PIN is displayed for 15 seconds and then will disappear. To view the PIN again, you will need to enter your password and click on Get PIN To exit, hit the back button. 3.4 MY ACCOUNT With this function you can add or delete Bmobile Visa cards to use inside the app, see the transactions history of the payments done inside this app and sign out. Press the button with the person figure in the Main Menu. My account screen is shown CHANGE PASSWORD If you need to change the password that you use to access the app you can do this by clicking on Change Password. You will be required to enter your current password, new password and re-enter new password. Once completed, click Change To exit, hit the back button 12 13

10 Press the credit card button to access the credit card screeen to add or delete cards to use inside the app The Credit Card screen is shown with the list for the cards ready to use with the app You can delete cards antytime in this screen by pressing the button in the right of every card. Payment History: press the Payment History button to access the screen with all the payment transactions listed. In the Transaction History screen you have access to all the transactions done with your Visa Card inside the Bmobile app: description of the operation, status, amount, telephone/account number used and date and time. Press back button to return to the previous screen. Add Card to use in the app. - Press the button in the right upper corner to add a card. - Enter the number, the name on the card and the expiration date. - Press Ok and you will return to the previous screen

11 User Profile: press the User profile button to access the screen to change the full name, password or phone number that you entered when signing up to the app. 4 FAQ Can I register with any Visa Card? - No, the Bmobile app only allow you to register Bmobile Visa cards and pay transactions available with this card. Can I cancel any transaction? - To cancel the transactions because you entered a wrong amount or used a wrong card you should contact Bmobile customer service center. Can I see the last transactions for my Bmobile Visa cards from the Bmobile app? - Yes, but you have to go to the main menu and press the Visa Wallet App button to open the Bmobile Visa indepedente App. What is my secret number? - This is your bmobile phone number your bmobile Visa card is registered too. Sign Out: press the Sign Out button to leave the app and close the session with your user
