2 Introduction The Nectar Smart mobile APP, available for the HexaDuo Smart, gives you the freedom to control your HexaDuo Smart anywhere you have a Wi-Fi connection. To use this feature, you have to first download and install the Nectar Smart APP to your mobile device. Download APP Before managing the air purifier via your smart phone, you have to install Nectar Smart APP firstly. You can download Nectar Smart APP in the following ways: 1: 2: Scan the QR code as below to download. For Android OS For ios 3: Launch the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone. Enter Nectar Smart to search the available application. Tap Install to download the application on your phone. 1

3 Registration After installing Nectar Smart APP successfully, for the first time using, you have to register the information firstly. 1. Launch App and register the password. 2. For the first registration, you can use the address to register. 2

4 Pairing and Connection 1. Enable Wi-Fi features on your smart phone. 2. Power on the device and open the Nectar Smart APP in your phone. 2. Configure a new device to your phone. You have to enter the correct Wi-Fi connection PASSWORD. 3

5 NOTE: 1. If there is No Wi-Fi password configuration, click Next directly. 2. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode during the device is running. At this moment, all of the speed indicators 3. Search for the Wi-Fi device to connect. * Pairing Successful will light up. * Fail Pairing 4

6 NOTE: 1. Two short beeps sound from HexaDuo Smart that means pairing SUCCESS. A long beep means pairing FAIL. 2. Make sure the Wi-Fi function of your mobile phone is enabled before connecting and pairing. If the connection is fail, the APP will show you a notification. Follow the notification on the screen to check the connection again. - Check the unit is working properly. - Make sure the Wi-Fi connection of home router network is successful. (not 4G/3G/H + from mobile) - Unplug the unit adaptor and plug it in again. Using Nectar Smart APP 5

7 Left Menu Bar Tap the left menu icon to display the left menu bar. Device List: Show you the connected devices. Manage Device: * Edit the Device s Name 6

8 NOTE: You can tap the upper right corner of APP home screen to enter the editing device screen directly. * Delete Connected Device * You can also add a new device with QR Code and shared by admin account.(1 st registered user will automatically default as admin account user) 7

11 * Log Out Language: * Language Settings (Simplified Chinese 简体中文, Traditional Chinese 繁體中文 and English) 10

12 About: * Show you the Information related to APP. Main Functions Speed : This function allows you to set the speed of operation including Silent, Low, Medium, High and Turbo. 11

13 Intelligent : Intelligence Mode allows the air purifier to auto-adjust the wind speed according to ambient air quality. Sleep : This function allows you to set the sleep time, you have to enable this function before setting the sleep time. Then tap Confirm to save the desire time. 12

14 Timing : This function allows you to set the time for the air purifier to turn on or off automatically including speed setting and repeat running time. Use this function to save energy when you leave home or go to bed. Locking : This function allows you to lock the physical panel keys on the air purifier and the keys on mobile phone app to avoid children false triggering the wrong setting. See the step 2 as below to swipe left to unlock this function. 13

15 Status Information PM2.5 : Show the air condition (Good, Fair or Poor). Good Fair Poor Monitoring Chart : Show the daily and monthly detection of PM2.5. * PM2.5 detection status by Day or Week. 14

16 Status : Show the air purifier s status (Cleaning or Malfunction). Error Logs : If the device is faulty, the screen will pop-up a warning message. 15

17 Note : The APP will detect air quality automatically, if the air PM2.5 value is too high, or the device is too dirty that needs to clean, APP will pop-up a warning message screen. Forgot Password 16

18 Trouble Shooting * Wrong Login: Check the Name or Password login whether correct? * Network Error: Check the Network is enabled. * Connection Fails: Check the connection between device and your phone. Refer to Pairing and Connection Section. * Wi-Fi Connection Fails: Check your phone is connected to Wi-Fi correctly and the function is enabled.
