1 User Manual Step 1a: Unpacking and Plugging-in Cielo Breezi Install Cielo Breezi inside your AC/ Heat Pump preferably, through your maintenance technician. Note: USB connector (female type) is offered with the device. Consult following detailed diagram for the thorough understanding to install your Cielo Breezi with your AC/ Heat Pump.

2 Step 1b: Prior to App Installation Your Mobile Phone Ÿ Make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON on your cell phone. Ÿ Make sure you have internet access on your cell phone. Your Wi-Fi Router Ÿ Make sure you have working internet connection on your Wi-Fi Router. Ÿ Make sure there is no proxy server or authentication server configured on your internet connection. Ÿ Make sure IP isolation or client isolation is turned off on your Wi-Fi Router. Step 2a: App Installation Ÿ Go to the App Store / Play Store. In search section type "Cielo Home". Once "Cielo Home" app is displayed, press the install button. Ÿ Open the App after installation is complete. Step 2b: Login / Register Ÿ You can either create a new user account or use the app as an existing user. Ÿ As an existing user, enter username and password and press "Login" button. Ÿ If you are a new user, press "Sign Up" button and fill in the information. For ios Users

3 For Android Users Step 3a: Register Cielo Breezi - for ios Users Breezi registration process is meant to connect the smart controller to your home Wi-Fi network through Cielo Home app. To begin registration: Ÿ Open Cielo Home App. Ÿ Tap on + in the Home Screen and press Begin Registration in the next screen. Ÿ Go to your phone settings and open Wi-Fi settings. Ÿ Connect to the Wi-Fi that starts with Cielo_BI01_XXXXXX.

4 Ÿ Next, go back to Cielo Home App. Ÿ Select your home Wi-Fi Network from the list. Ÿ Enter the password of your home Wi-Fi Network. Ÿ In the next screen, type device name of your choice. (For e.g. Master Bedroom, Lounge etc.) Ÿ Next, select "manufacturer" and "remote model number" form respective drop down list. Ÿ In the next screen, Allow Location Access for enhanced functionality. Ÿ Your registration process is complete. Cielo Breezi will appear on your home screen.

5 Step 3b: Register Cielo Breezi - for Android Users Breezi registration process is meant to connect the smart controller to your home Wi-Fi network through mobile app. To begin registration: Ÿ Tap on + button in the Home Screen. Ÿ In the " Begin Registration Screen", Press the Air-Conditioner or Heat Pump icon. The app will automatically detect the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to and will prompt for the password.

6 Ÿ In case you do not want to connect Cielo Breezi to the displayed Wi-Fi network, press the Wi-Fi name link and a list of available Wi-Fi network will be displayed. Select the desired Wi-Fi network and enter password. Breezi will connect to your Selected Wi-Fi. Ÿ On the next screen, type device name of your choice. Ÿ Next, select "manufacturer" and "remote model number" from respective drop down lists. Ÿ On the next screen, allow location access for enhanced functionality. Ÿ Your registration process is complete. Cielo Breezi will appear on your home screen.

7 Note: There may be a case where your Android Smartphone will be unable to connect with the Cielo Breezi Wi-Fi network. To register Cielo Breezi successfully, go to your smartphone Wi-FI settings and "Forget" the Cielo Breezi Wi-FI network. Open Cielo Home App again and register the Device as mentioned in Step 3b. Quick tip: Finding the right model of AC/Heat Pump If you have selected a remote model for your air-conditioner/heat Pump in registration process but Breezi is NOT working with your air conditioner/heat pump, adopt the following procedure. 1. On your home screen in Cielo Home app, go to device settings by tapping 3 dots symbol on the registered device (for both android and ios users). 2. In the device settings, go to "Change Appliance" and change the remote model. 3. Repeat the process if your air-conditioner/heat pump still does not work with Breezi. 4. If you are finding difficulty in locating your remote control.

8 Note: The remote model number is usually found at the back of remote controller. Here are some pictures displaying remote controller model number. Step 4a: Your Home screen Your home screen shows the real-time status of all your connected Cielo smart devices. If you have only one Breezi Smart Controller, a single device will be displayed. A connected Breezi-Smart Controller displays 3 types of status, shown as outlined circles. Green- Device in online. Red- Device is offline. (Note: in case Breez is not appearing online, please refer to the Troubleshooting section. Grey with a warning sign - Device is already registered with another user. (Contact Us in this case)

9 Step 4c: Turning ON Smart AC/Heat Pump Press the power button to turn ON the Air-Conditioner/heat pump. Step 5: Understanding the Control Screen

10 Step 6a: Setting up the schedules - for ios Users You can schedule your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump through Cielo Breezi by following the below given steps: Ÿ On the Home Screen, tap on the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you want to schedule. Ÿ Tap on esaver in the navigation bar and press the Schedules option Ÿ Press the + icon to add a schedule and this will take you to Schedule Configuration screen. Ÿ If you want to turn the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump ON via schedule, select the time, mode, temperature and fan speed at which you want to turn On the AC / Heat Pump. Select the power On and select the day/days for which you want to set the schedule. You may choose to name the schedule/schedules as per your preference. Ÿ If you want to turn the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump OFF via schedule, select the power OFF, Select the day/days for which you want to set the schedule. You may choose to name the schedule/schedules as per your preference. Ÿ Press Save to set-up the schedule. After Breezi performs the scheduled activity on your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you will get a notification in the timeline.

11 Step 6b: Deleting a schedule - for ios Users Ÿ Tap on Schedules option. On this screen you will be able to see all your set schedules. Ÿ Swipe left on the schedule you want to delete until the Delete option appears. Press Delete. Ÿ Your Schedule is now deleted.

12 Step 6a: Setting up the schedules - for Android Users You can schedule your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump through Cielo Breezi by following the below given steps: Ÿ On the Home Screen, tap on the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you want to schedule. 13 Ÿ If you want to turn the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump OFF via schedule, select the power OFF, Select the day/days for which you want to set the schedule. You may choose to name the schedule/schedules as per your preference. Ÿ Press Save to set-up the schedule. After Breezi performs the scheduled activity on your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you will get a notification in the timeline. Step 6b: Deleting a schedule - for Android Users Ÿ Tap on Schedules option. On this screen you will be able to see all your set schedules. Ÿ Swipe left on the schedule you want to delete and it will automatically delete the schedule. Ÿ Your Schedule is now deleted.

14 Step 7a: Enabling location controls - for ios Users You can configure location based control for your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump through Cielo Breezi by following the below given steps: 1. On the home screen, tap on the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you want to control through location controls. 2. Tap on esaver in the navigation bar and press the Location Controls option.

15 3. On the next screen you will be able to: Ÿ See your current location on the map. Ÿ Set a Geo-Fence range for your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump between 1km to 10 Km. Entering or exiting this range will trigger the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump ON/ OFF. 4. Make sure to check the box to select the location of Cielo device. 5. Select your desired AC settings to be performed when you exit or enter the pre-set location and press "Save". 6. Your Location based control is now set. You will get a notification in the timeline whenever location based control is triggered. Step 7b: Enabling location controls - for Android Users You can configure location based control for your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump through Cielo Breezi by following the below given steps: 1. On the home screen, tap on the Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump you want to control through location controls. This will take you to the control screen of your device. 2. Tap on esaver in the navigation bar and press the Location Controls option.

16 3. On the next screen you will be able to: Ÿ See your current location on the map. Ÿ Set a Geo-Fence range for your Air-Conditioner / Heat Pump between 1km to 10 Km. 17 Step 8a: Creating a Group (for Android Users) To create a Group in Cielo Home App, follow the below mentioned instructions: Open Cielo Home App and tap on the "three dots symbol" of the device that you want to add in a certain group. Press "Move to Group". Cielo Home App will prompt you to create a Group of your choice. You can choose an icon from the available icons and give it a name. Select the name of the Group for exampe First Floor, to add the device. Press "Save". Your desired device has been added to the Group.

18 Step 8b: Creating a Group (for ios Users) To create a Group in Cielo Home App, follow the below mentioned instructions: Open Cielo Home App and tap on the "three dots symbol" of the device that you want to add in a certain group. Press "Move to Group". Cielo Home App will prompt you to create a Group of your choice. You can choose an icon from the available icons and give it a name. Select the name of the Group, for exampe First Floor, to add the device. Your desired device has been added to the Group.

19 Step 9a: Adding a Device to the Group (for Android Users) To add the device in a certain Group, tap on the "three dots symbol" of the device. Press "Move to Group". A list of available groups will appear and you can add your device to the Group of your choice by selecting the name of that Group.

20 Step 9b: Adding a Device to the Group (for ios Users) To add the device in a certain Group, tap on the "three dots symbol" of the device. Press "Move to Group". A list of available groups will appear and you can add your device to the Group of your choice by selecting the name of that Group. Step 10a: Changing the Group of Device (for Android Users) To change the Group of the device, select the Group in which your desired device has been placed. Tap on "three dots symbol" of the device and press "Remove from Group".

21 The Device will appear in the Home screen. Tap on "three dots symbol" and press "Move to Group". Add the device to your desired group by selecting the name of the Group or create a new Group of your choice as mentioned above in Step 8a. Step 10b: Changing the Group of Device (for ios Users) To change the Group of the device, select the Group in which your desired device has been placed. Tap on "three dots symbol" of the device and press "Remove from Group".

22 The Device will appear in the Home screen. Tap on "three dots symbol" and press "Move to Group". Add the device to your desired group by selecting the name of the Group or create a new Group of your choice as mentioned above in Step 8b. Step 11a: Editing/Deleting a Group (for Android Users) To edit the name and group icon of your desired group, select the "three dots symbol" of the Group and press "Edit Group". Change the icon and name of the Group as per your choice and press "Save". To delete a Group, you have to remove all the devices inside that group first. Cielo Home App will not allow you to delete a certain Group unless all the devices from the Group have been removed. After you have removed all the devices from the Group, press the "three dots symbol" of the Group you want to delete. Press "Delete Group", and Cielo Home App will delete the group automatcially.

23 Step 11b: Editing/Deleting a Group (for ios Users) To edit the name and group icon of your desired group, select the "three dots symbol" of the Group and press "Edit Group". Change the icon and name of the Group as per your choice and press "Save". To delete a Group, you have to remove all the devices inside that group first. Cielo Home App will not allow you to delete a certain Group unless all the devices from the Group have been removed. After you have removed all the devices from the Group, press the "three dots symbol" of the Group you want to delete. Press "Delete Group", and Cielo Home App will delete the group automatcially.

24 Step 12a: Deleting Cielo Breezi from Cielo Home App (for ios Users) Long tap on the Cielo Device you want to delete. Press 'X' button. Press Delete. Your Cielo Device has been deleted. Step 12b: Deleting Cielo Device from Cielo Home App (for Android Users) Go to the Home screen and tap on three dot symbol of your Cielo Device.

25 Press Delete. Press Yes to delete your device.
