Directions to Trial Site From I-24: Exit 78 (Franklin/96 and Lebanon)- exit the interstate and head toward Murfreesboro (east). You are on Old Fort Parkway; this will become Memorial Blvd/Hwy 231, go until you get to the intersection of Memorial and Clark Blvd. (BP gas and U-Haul on corner). Turn right on Clark, go to the intersection of Clark and Greenland Dr. and turn left. Parking in front of the arena is on the right past the 2 nd traffic light. From I-40: From west or east take the Lebanon exit for Highway 231 and head south toward Murfreesboro (from Nashville turn right, from Knoxville turn left). This is Memorial Blvd when you get into Murfreesboro. Go to the intersection of Memorial and Clark and turn left. Go to Greenland Dr. and turn left. Parking in front of the arena is on the right past the 2 nd traffic light. On Call Vet services provided by Animal Medical Center, LLC. 234 River Rock Road, Murfreesboro, TN This clinic is open 24/7 and is located near the I-24 exit 78. From I-24 and Highway 96, go west. Turn Left on Cason Lane, left at River Rock Blvd. Facility on the right.. Business hours Thurs-Sat 9am-2: 30PM fee is $33+. Sat 3:00PM through Sunday the fee is $75 +. Schedule See table below for ring start times Thursday and Saturday: Dogs will be run low to high. Friday and Sunday: Dogs will be run high to low. The JWW Master/Excellent classes have been adjusted for Friday and Saturday to expedite running as follows: Both days the ring will start at 8:30. Friday Master/Excellent JWW will run beginning with the 16 dogs, followed by 12, 8, 4, 24 and 20 Saturday Master/Excellent JWW will run beginning with the 20 dogs, followed by 24, 4, 8, 12 and 16. Class order and start times will be as in the table below. Preferred classes will be run in conjunction with regular classes at the end of the jump heights. 2 SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS: There are many tight spaces, entrances/exits, and corridors at our site. Please remember to control YOUR dog at all times and respect the space of other dogs and exhibitors. Situational awareness is imperative. All dogs must be on a six-foot or less lead, with retractable leashes in a locked position at a maximum six-foot length. Thank you all in advance for your cooperation with these requests. Space is tight around the rings. To avoid congestion and ensure the safety of dogs and handlers, please observe the following: If you re not running your dog, please don t gather around the rings. Please sit in the stadium seating if you re not running your dog. Please keep your dog back from the ring until there are no more than five dogs ahead of you. Before this time, you can wait in the hallway area for jumpers or the ramp area for standard. When you wait to walk the course with your height, please avoid gathering at ringside until there are three dogs left to run of the previous jump height. Please do not enter the ring until the last dog running has left the ring. After you run the course, please remove your dogs from the ring area as soon as possible. If you want to reward your dogs, please take your treats from the treat table and move your dogs out of the arena to reward them. On-lead dogs are allowed in the seating areas of the arena with their owners/handlers, except for the rows in the boxes closest to the rings. No crating is allowed in any of the seating areas. Dogs are not allowed in the aisle way between the two rings. Chairs are still allowed for spectators. For those that help with unloading and set up at 3 pm on Wednesday, there will be a draw for a $25 gas card and everyone who volunteers gets a $4 voucher valid for future entries. Other Items of Interest: No registration or check in is required. Those that indicated that they need a measurement must be measured before their first run of the weekend, and they are responsible for obtaining the measurement. There will be an AKC Volunteer Measuring Judge on site to measure for height cards. Exhibitors are responsible for any items left at the show site. Concessions will be available on site. Move-ups must be provided to the Trial Secretary in writing (fax, or US Mail) by the Monday before the trials at 6 pm. Move ups resulting from this trial will be accepted from day to day.
