Your health Always be mindful of your own wellbeing and health. If you experience any new symptoms or unexpected deterioration of existing symptoms you should seek medical attention outside the use of this app. Intended use of the OpenTele software OpenTele is a software platform consisting of two integrated parts, a web application and a mobile device application. The software platform is intended to provide patient information from the patient location through networking technology to a remote healthcare team.

3 OpenTele is intended for use in data aggregation, patient interaction through video consultation and electronic questionnaires, storage and clinical information management with independent external physiological measurement systems connected either directly to the mobile device or through networks(using digital communications such as USB, Bluetooth or Bluetooth LE). OpenTele does not provide any real time alerts and is not intended to provide automated treatment decisions or diagnosis. The Opentele platform is an informational tool only and is not to be used as a substitute for professional judgement of healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients. Indication for Use: OpenTele is indicated for use by patients and by healthcare professionals for collection and review of data from patients who are capable and willing to engage in use of OpenTele. The OpenTele software platform allows clinicians to remotely monitor patients vital signs through questionnaires requesting the patient to report on their health status and/or perform measurements. This combination of objective data and subjective responses enables clinicians to make informed, timely care decisions. OpenTele enables the healthcare professional to design and distribute individual or generic electronic questionnaires. The healthcare professional may add threshold values for reference when reviewing reported data in the web application. Telemedicine platform OpenTele In the OpenTele you will a tablet + measurement equipment: The tablet + measurement equipment will be referred to as an OpenTele kit in this user manual. Example OpenTele kit The example OpenTele kit consists of the following (yours may vary): A tablet (a computer with a touch-sensitive screen), with OpenTele installed A blood pressure monitor A urine analysis device and urine test strips A weight The tablet included in your OpenTele kit comes preinstalled with Android. Do not update the Android version without being instructed to do so. Supported measurement devices The App supports manual input of measurements as well as automatic input of measurements using Bluetooth enabled devices. Do not turn off Bluetooth. If you turn off Bluetooth measurements can no longer be collected from the devices automatically. App parts The following section describes different parts of the App. Log on to App When you open the App you will be presented with the login screen. Enter your username and password to log in. Please keep in mind that personally sensitive data is visible through the app so do not share your username and password with anyone.

5 Main menu From the main menu you can do the press the blue buttons to do the following tasks: Start Visit: Press to show all possible questionnaires eg. Virtual visit. Messages : Press to show messages from healthcare professionals to you Reviewed: Press to show reviews/acknowledgements from healthcare professionals to the you My results: Press to show results/measurements done previously by you. Calendar: See upcoming video consultations and group sessions Change password: Press to change password.

6 Change password This screen enables you to change password by entering a new password twice and pressing change. You can always press " " button to return to the main menu. My results This screen enables you to see previous results/measurements. Press one of the measurement groups to see details.

7 You can always press " " to return to the main menu. My results blood pressure This is an example of results for a specific measurement type that was chosen in the previous Result screen. You can see a graph of table of the results and you can alter the amount of result shown by pressing on one of the time periods. You can always press " " to return to the main menu.

8 Reviewed The "Reviewed" screen will show you when a healthcare professional has seen your results. Either the "No reviews " message will be shown, or you will see a message describing what and when results have been reviewed.

9 You can always press " " to return to the main menu.

10 Messages This screen will show messages from healthcare professionals to the you. Newest messages will be at the bottom of the screen. At the bottom of the screen you can enter a message and press the send button to send it to the healthcare professionals. You can always press " " to return to the main menu.

11 Messages (New message) A text message for the healthcare professionals can be made by entering text and pressing, "Send". You can always press " " to return to the main menu or " " to go back to the previous screen. Start visit (choose questionnaire) This screen shows the questionnaires available to you. Press one of the questionnaires to start it. You can always press " " to return to the main menu or " " to go back to the previous screen.

12 Answer a questionnaire When a questionnaire starts you just has to press the answer buttons show at the bottom of the screen, and do the measurement as described on the screen. At the end of the questionnaire you must choose to send the results or omit the results. When asked to perform a measurement please find the appropriate device and take a measurement. The medical devices already Bluetooth

13 paired with the tablet will be used. You can always press " " to return to the main menu. Calendar The calendar menu allows you to view planned group sessions and 1-one-1 video consultations.

14 Video consultations Your clinician can choose to start a video consultation with you. They will call you and your tablet will play a ringing tone. To accept the call select "Ok" from the screen. CTG measurements This feature might not be available to you. If you think you should have it but cannot see it, please contact your clinician. CTG measurements come in two varieties they are either captured through questionnaires or through the "Continuous CTG" menu. Continuous CTG Continuous CTGs are measurements that are captured and send on-the-fly so your clinician can see the recording as it is happening. It is accessed through the "Continuous CTG" menu. There is no guarantee that a clinician is actively looking at your measurement. Always ensure that your using the Please note: "Continuous CTG" functionality after an explicit agreement with your clinician.

15 Once you select the menu you will be greeted with the screen below The "Help" button displays information on how to place the electrodes of the Monica AN24 device. If you're in doubt on how to use the AN24 device please contact your clinician for further instructions.

16 Once you have the electrodes placed and is ready to start you measurement press the "Next" button. You will then need to select the uterine sensitivity for this measurement. Contact you clinician for instructions on which value is right for you. After making your selection press the "Choose" button. The OpenTele app will now connect to the AN24 (so make sure to turn it on). It will first verify that the electrodes are connected correctly. Follow the on-screen instructions.

17 Once the connections to the electrodes have been verified the measurement will commence. It will keep going until you press the "Stop" button. Agree with your clinician how long you should measure. Once you have been measuring for the agreed amount of time, press the "Stop" button to finalize the measurement. Press the "OK" button to return to the main menu. Questionnaire based CTG measurements A CTG measurement can be performed as part of a questionnaire. If your clinician has assigned a CTG questionnaire to you, you'll find it under the "Start visit" menu. Questionnaire based CTGs have a fixed length that you set as the first step of your measurement - consult you clinician for the duration you should be using. Once you're ready press the "Start" button and the measurement will begin.

19 The manufacturer is only responsible for the software of OpenTele itself and does therefore not take responsibility for the functionality of the measurement devices used, the tablet or other devices that the OpenTele can be connected to. The manufacturer ensures compliance with the listed Bluetooth devices in this document. No parts of this document may be reproduced or translated without the prior written permission of the manufacturer. Note The device (OpenTele software) works as an assisting tool and is not a replacement of treatments. It is recommended to avoid performing a measurement with moist or wet hands. A pen or other hardware tool can be used in case of touch screen challenges.
