1 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4: Bradshaw Christian Sponsorship Program Student Athlete Fundraising Opportunities Student athletes can use the following fundraising options to reduce and/or eliminate their sport athletic fees, along with helping raise funds for our athletic department. Team fundraiser (sport specific) o Examples of team fundraisers are: Lift-A-Thon (Football) BCS Sponsorship program (all sports) The BCS Sponsorship program is an opportunity for student athletes to sell sponsorships to local businesses. % of the sponsorships that each student athlete obtains will go directly towards their athletic fees/costs. The remaining % is used to keep student athletic fees low and covers the costs associated with running an athletic program including but not limited to: o Printing Banner(s) o Uniforms o Coaches stipends (JV and Varsity) o Officiating costs o Field and court maintenance costs o Equipment needs/costs o Reconditioning of helmets and shoulder pads o Wrestling/Cheer room padding, mirrors and other improvements o Practice, game and sideline gear o Sideline Tarps (2) o Hudl software/programs and video/tracking equipment o Phasing for the football Stadium: Permits, electrical, cement, fencing, press box, bleachers, etc. The sponsorship packet contains the following: Sponsorship Options Sponsorship Form Sponsor needs to complete and fax or to BCS Advertising Specifications Sponsorship FAQ s If you have questions about the fundraising opportunities, please contact the BCS Athletics Department at

2 Bradshaw Christian Sponsorship Program Athletic Sponsorships Visit us at Opportunities for Your Business Package #1 $1,500 - (2) 4x12 banner in BCS colors (location of banners will be on both the MS & HS campus) - Game recognition, during fall and during winter sport seasons - Recognition on social media and on the BCS website - 4 passes for all home games in the school year (does not include CIF playoffs) Package #2 $1,000 - (1) 4x12 or (2) 4x6 banner(s) in BCS colors (location of banner will be on the MS and/or HS campus. Preference of the sponsor) - Game recognition, during season of sport - Recognition on social media and on the BCS website - 2 passes for all home games in the school year (does not include CIF playoffs) Package #3 $500 - (1) 4x6 banner in BCS colors (location of banner will be on the MS or HS campus. 3 Sponsorship Advertising Specifications Banner Artwork Deadline: Fall Sports June 29 th for football and July 6 th for all other fall sports Winter Sports October 8 th Spring Sports January 14 th If artwork is provided after the deadline, BCS will submit to printer once provided. SIZES: 6 feet x 4 feet (72 in. X 48 in.) 12 feet x 4 feet (144 in. X 48 in.) COLORS CMYK/2 Color Process; 300 dpi/resolution Banners are printed using BCS colors (purple and gold). Please use the following PMS colors: Purple PMS 268 Gold PMS 4515 FORMAT.pdf,.jpeg,.png,.tif,.psd, or.indd file formats - convert all fonts to curves/outlines or embed/rasterize them (CS4 or earlier) Embedded images MUST be a minimum of 300 DPIs. Transparencies MUST be flattened. Banner artwork should be sized to 100% of mechanical specifications. Color images MUST be CMYK. Files containing RGB or LAB colors will not be accepted. PMS colors MUST be converted to process unless otherwise instructed for print. Live content is to be within 1/4 (0.25 ) margin of the ad dimension specifications Files must be Print Ready when submitted. You may submit your ad artwork by ing it to

4 BCS Sponsorship FAQ s How much do student athletes earn when they sell sponsorships? % of the sponsorships that each student athlete obtains will go directly toward their athletic fees/costs. $500 Sponsorships - $150 will go to the student athlete. $1,000 Sponsorships - $300 will go to the student athlete. $1,500 Sponsorships - $450 will go to the student athlete. What are the deadlines? In order to have the banners up prior to the start of each season, BCS would like to have all artwork by the following dates: Fall Sports June 29 th for football and July 6 th for all other fall sports Winter Sports October 8 th Spring Sports January 14 th If you cannot meet this deadline, please provide it to BCS at your earliest convenience in order to take full advantage of the banner program. Once the artwork is submitted in the proper format, BCS will send to printer. What do sponsors need to provide for banner artwork? Banners are printed in BCS colors.
