Complete an applicant information form (Section A) for EACH trainee 3. Complete the relevant order information for invoicing (Section B) 4. Read the conditions for registration and sign the order 5. All courses involve a Certified PROFIBUS Examination at the end of the course. It should be noted all courses are of an international standard and candidates should be capable of rapid understanding of or be familiar with the concepts of digital systems and their operation. Candidates, especially for the Installer s class courses, often do not cope with the quantity and complexity of topics presented in the courses. Course prerequisites: Certified Installer s, Troubleshooting and Maintenance and Troubleshooting and Maintenance & ASi courses: These have no prerequisites besides that of the candidate having adequate fundamental background knowledge or comprehension of digital systems. Certified Engineer s Course: Requires the attendance of the Certified Installer course on the week of attendance. Certified Installer s courses are normally scheduled to run in the same week as the Engineer s course for this reason. Attendees with Certified Installer certification can join the Engineer s course on the second day. Certified PA Engineer s Course: Requires the Certified Engineer s Course qualification.

3 Times: 8:00 17:00 All courses will commence at 8:00am sharp. Please take into consideration the Durban traffic and give yourself sufficient traveling time. The day officially ends at 5:00pm (based on the progress of the group/course you may be released earlier). The Installer, Engineer and PA Engineer courses finish at approximately 14:00 on the final course day. Venue: The Durban courses will be run from the Training offices, based in Winston Park, Durban. : 24 van Riebeeck Road, Winston Park. Meals: All participants will be provided with tea and biscuits in the morning, a full lunch, and further tea and biscuits in the afternoon. Please indicate any dietary preference on your application form.

8 Conditions for Registration Certificates and Postage Please ensure that the postal addresses specified in Section A and/or B are valid. If applicant postal addresses are not available, please specify to have all certificates posted to a valid corporate postal address and administrative contact specified in Section B. All certificates are posted using registered mail. The PCC will not be responsible for certificates being lost due to incorrect postal address details being provided and will charge for any additional certificates and postage required. Payment Please ensure that all payments are duly paid prior to commencement of the relevant course. Our commercial department will contact you once we have received this registration form to facilitate settlement of relevant course fees. No booking will be considered firm until payment has been received. The PCC retains the right to decline attendees access to training on the course date if payment has not been received. Cancellations Bookings for all courses that are cancelled between 21 and 10 days prior to the course are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings that are cancelled 10 days prior to the course are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to cancel any course if an insufficient number of delegates have booked.
