The schedules for the following classes have been set for 2015: Retail ATM Training 4 Days $ This course covers the architecture behind Nautilus Hyosung Retail ATMs. Basic installation, startup programing/bring live, diagnostic troubleshooting and repair for all Retail ATM components will be covered. Loading Software and EMV Upgrades are also covered. Models discussed will include all current production and legacy ATMs (Firmware Based, Win CE 5.0 and Win CE 6.0) Financial (FI) ATM Training 4 Days $ This course covers the architecture behind Nautilus Hyosung Financial ATMs. Basic installation, startup programing/bring live, diagnostic repair and Troubleshooting will be covered for all FI ATM components with exception of the deposit modules. Upgrading to Win 7 and EMV are also covered Models discussed will include all ATMs that operate Windows 7 (5100T/5300/5600 and 7600 Series) Deposit Automation Training 4 Days $ This course covers the architecture behind Deposit Automation with Nautilus Hyosung ATMs. Deposit Automation Configuration, diagnostic repair and Troubleshooting will be covered for all deposit modules. Modules covered will include Bulk Note Acceptor/ Bulk Check Acceptor (BNA/BCA), Cash and Check In Module (CCIM) and the Bill Recycle Module (BRM). The FI class is the prerequisite for this class. Teller Cash Recycler (TCR) 3 Days $ This course covers the architecture behind Teller Cash Recyclers with the Nautilus Hyosung TCR. Basic Installation, Programing Network Connection, diagnostic repair and Troubleshooting will be covered for all TCR components. Third party software will not be covered in the class. Either the FI Class or the Intro to NHA Technology is the prerequisite for this class. Intro to NHA Technology ½ Day $ This course provides an introduction to the architecture and theory behind NHA Technology. NHA Terminology, Serial Number Structure, Proper Shutdown Procedures, Alarm Devices, Sensors, Note Pick methodology, Diagnostics and Nautilus Hyosung Software Structure will be covered. This class is the prerequisite to the TCR class for students that have not attended the FI Class.

2 Designer Courses/Regional Offering Negotiated Rates NHA can build courses that fit specific training needs, and can accommodate regional training offered at a customer site. Courses can be designed from a la carte selections based on module configurations and model types to fit specific customer situations. **Subject to restrictions including facility and trainer availability. 6 TCR Training Seminar February 4 th, 5 th, and 6 th March 18 th, 19 th, and 20 th May 13 th, 14 th, and 15 th July 15 th, 16 th, and 17 th September 9 th, 10 th, and 11 th November 11 th, 12 th, and 13 th Please confirm with the training department before making travel plans. Prerequisite: Students must complete the FI Training Class or the Intro to NHA Technology before attending the TCR Training. Lunches will be provided each day.

7 Intro to NHA Technology February 3 rd March 17 th May 12 th July 14 th September 8 th November 10 th Note: For students that haven t completed the FI training course, this class is required to attend the TCR Class. Classes will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm
