1 Installation procedure of Naso CC for Grandstream UCM 61xx/6510 Server requirements: Server: Operating system: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 2008R2, 2012, 2012 R2 Minimum 4GB RAM Network card Processor minimum Core Duo NET Framework 4.0 CTI Solutions installation packages: CTI Server / CTI_Server_Setup.exe / - main server component Naso CC Supervisor / SetupNasoCCSupervisor.exe / - supervisor application for Naso CC Naso CC Agent / SetupNasoCCAgent.exe / - agent s application for Naso CC Following steps are necessary to install Naso CC for Grandstream PBX 1. Configure PBX to enable AMI protocol 2. Install CTI Server part on server 3. Install Naso CC Supervisor on server 4. Configure firewall on server 5. Install Naso CC Agent on client s computer 6. Install Naso CC Supervisor on supervisor s computer

Step 1 Grandstream UCM 61xx configuration It s necessary to enable AMI protocol in PBX configuration. This functionality is available from firmware version 1.0.9.25 (for UCM 61xx) / 1.0.2.5 (for UCM 6510).

Then from menu Status select PBX -> Internal Options -> AMI Here you have to: Click on Create new AMI user Set login and password for user authentication Define Permited IP(s) to define address range

2 Step 1 Grandstream UCM 61xx configuration It s necessary to enable AMI protocol in PBX configuration. This functionality is available from firmware version (for UCM 61xx) / (for UCM 6510). If you have lower version you have to upgrade PBX firmware before installing Naso CC You have to login to your PBX. Then from menu Status select PBX -> Internal Options -> AMI Here you have to: Click on Create new AMI user Set login and password for user authentication Define Permited IP(s) to define address range from which we can connect to PBX API. Server of Naso CC should be in this range to get info from PBX. Select All privilages. Then click on Save At the end you have to click on Apply Changes to load new configuration to PBX. You will use this created user in Naso CC supervisor configuration of PBX

3 Step 2 - Installation of CTI Server on server Prerequisites for installation:.net Framework 3.5 (including.net Framework 2.0).NET Framework 4.0 Installation procedure: Start CTI_Server_Setup.exe. At the beginning installer will check if SQL Server is installed. If not found installer will display message that SQL is missing and will start installation of preconfigured instance of SQL Server 2014 Express. If you already have SQL Server installed on Server please verify configuration of SQL Server. Necessary settings: Enable mixed authorization (SQL and Windows) for users Check if TCP client communication is enabled If reconfiguration was necessary please restart SQL Server service and then start again CTI_Server_Setup.exe After installation of SQL Server installer will go to installation of CTI Server. Define folder for installation

5 Step 3 - Installation of Naso CC Supervisor on server Please start SetupNasoCCSupervisor.exe Define folder for installation Define database info: Please provide correct address of a server Supervisor application is installed

Run Naso CC Server on server On first start of a program activation window will appear: Please

Default username with all administrative rights is admin with empty password Program will start, at first run system verification screen will appear. You have to select Start configuration wizard :

7 First you have to define type of PBX After clicking on next you can define extension you will monitor. To do it you have to enter extension numer and corresponding agent s login.

Next you have to define IP address of PBX and user credentials to login to pbx (defined in PBX in first step). To do it you have to go to menu Configuration -> Settings.

Open Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services

9 Find service CTI Solutions Server and click on Start

10 Step 4 firewall configuration on server You have to enable: - SQL communication For Naso CC and SQL Server communication you have to enable: - Port 1433 TCP - Port 1434 UDP - Port 5570 TCP - Port 5571 TCP - Program sqlservr.exe

11 Step 5 Install Naso CC Agent on client s computers Now you can install Naso CC Agent on client s computer using NasoCCAgentSetup.exe Define folder for installation Define database info: o You have to define address of SQL Server from Server B (eg \sqlexpress) and database name (by default ctisolutions ) Client application is installed Step 6 Install Naso CC Supervisor on supervisor s computers Now you can install Naso CC Supervisor on client s computer using NasoCCAgentSetup.exe Define folder for installation Define database info: o You have to define address of SQL Server from Server B (eg \sqlexpress) and database name (by default ctisolutions ) Client application is installed
