3 Organizational Information RULES / REGULATIONS Keep your SEMI Networking Day badge visible all the time. Always stay with the group. Please follow the instructions of security personnel and NANIUM hosts. Taking pictures in the premises and recording of the event is not permitted. 4 Organizational Information - SERVICES A small Business Center, offering seating, tables to work, WiFi, printer and a team assistant providing support if needed, will be available near the cafeteria from 15:15 17:45. Networking Buffet Lunch 12:05 in Cafeteria (be back 13:10). Cafe Break from 15:15 in foyer of the auditorium. For networking you can also use foyer of suditoro and separate Silent Networking Corners provided. They are free to be used all day. No booking required. Internet connection via WiFi : PW : SEMINETDAY SEMINETDAY2013 Restrooms are available in opposite of the foyer of the auditorium. 10 Organizational Information - SERVICES Bus Transfer in the Afternoon and Evening For participants, not registered for the NANIUM line tour: Busses will leave to the hotels at 16:00 For participants, registered for NANIUM line tour: Busses will leave to hotels at 17:45 There will be bus transfer from the hotels to Social Event: 1st bus will leave Axis Hotel 18:30, Santana Hotel 18:40 2nd bus will leave Tiara Hotel 18:45; People at Sheraton Hotel, please take the bus leaving from Tiara Hotel (100m walk) Bus transfer back to the hotels will be provided at the end of the dinner.
