Morning Glory St. Goodyear, AZ Office (623) allen@ablebalance.com troy@ablebalance.com AZ ROC # Able Balance of Franktown, CO has been one of the leading environmental test and balance firms in Colorado since We have worked on projects as small as a single package rooftop unit for a small tenant improvement space to large industrial and commercial buildings of 50 stories with multiple air handlers, chilled water and heating water boiler systems. Some of the larger projects we have been involved in are the Denver International Airport, United Airlines Training Facility at Stapleton Center, University of Colorado Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center, Lockheed-Martin M3 Metrum Data Facility, various Keiser Permanente medical facilities, and the AT & T - Denver Main Data Center. Able Balance was founded by Perry Whitton with almost 30 years experience in test and balance of environmental systems. Perry has served on the board of directors for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NEBB, in many capacities and currently serves on the technical committee for Rocky Mountain NEBB. Troy Newman received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He has been involved in test and balance work for 12 years. First employed by Able Balance in 1994 as a lead field engineer, he then gained experience as a technical support engineer for Peco II, Global Services. Peco II is a leading turnkey provider of DC power equipment, UPS systems and Telecom solutions to Bell South, Qwest, Verizon, Level 3 Communications, and Sprint / Nextel. As a technical support engineer Troy was responsible for reviewing, commissioning and verification of test and balance work for Peco II customers. He became NEBB certified in 2009 while working at QC Analytical Services in the Phoenix market. Troy a former employee of Able Balance in Colorado was brought on board again in April of 2010, to apply his experience and technical knowledge to open an Arizona Field Office. The addition of Troy to the Able Balance Team allows us to serve Able Balance customers in Northern AZ, and the Phoenix area. Allen Hendrix attended Texas Tech University for 3 years where he studied business and family therapy. Before relocating to the Phoenix area in 2002 from New Bruanfels,Texas where he was the supervisor for the Texas Dept. of Human Services and responsible for the state services for 2 counties as well as day to day operation for the San Marcos field office and its 16 employees. Allen joined the test and balance trade in December 2002 and spent his time as the lead estimator with QC Analytical in the Phoenix market. Allen also served roles as a field technician

5 to better assist in his estimation duties as well as project manager duties where he attended construction meetings for numerous projects including the Mayo Hospital Clinic Hospital Addition as well as the SHIA Car Rental Facility. Allen served for over 4 years on the SMACNA Marketing Committee for SMACNA AZ assisting with networking events, charity fundraisers to assist the organization to improve both the trade and construction industry. Allen s knowledge and experience makes him a key part of the Able Balance Team s success in Arizona. John Fuller is one of the leading test and balance technicians in the Phoenix market. John has over 27 years in the industry. He started his career with JB Rogers as an apprentice in the local sheet metal workers #359. He completed the 5 year apprenticeship program and is a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker out of local #359. With 15 years experience with JB Rogers, John most recently was with QC Analytical Services as the field foreman. John is an expert in the clean room environments, working in facilities for Microchip, Intel, and Motorola. John also brings extensive experience in the hospital environment and compliments the experience of Troy and Allen in the Arizona Field Office. John s work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail add to the growing capabilities of Able Balance in the Phoenix market. We are proud to have John as an integral part of our Team. While we are new to the Phoenix market, we are certainly not new to the test and balance needs of contractors, engineers, architects and owners with over 24 years in business as a NEBB Certified firm.
