Packaged RTU integration with BAS Situation Data center system was a custom BAS solution with complex systems RTU for office area chosen based on cost of the RTU only; cost savings for project Results = BAD Initial cost savings evaporated due to issues on-site #2. Chilled Water Plant Optimization Situation Owner was looking for energy savings of chilled water plant System was already efficient, but an FMC concept showed that there were significant savings to be realized Results = GOOD ROI on the project was less than 1 year thanks to FMC concept
