3 General Contracting - Real Estate Elite-Zone General Contracting Established in 1998, Elite Holding Group through its Building and Contracting department earned its reputation as an ISO9001 certified Building and Construction Company in the Middle-East and World over. We have been able to achieve with success over 350 villas; 3 Buildings of 5 storey and two high rise towers (we are able to build high-rise towers up to 40 floors), without including the projects which are going on. Real Estate Investments Established in 2007 in Abu Dhabi, Ain Real Estate & Industrial Investments owns 13 Buildings, 2 Residential Apartments Hotels, in conclusion we own about 300 apartments, and this is effective only for the city of Abu Dhabi.

4 Factories We possess few factories around the GCC countries, such as: Quality, which is our crusher company based in Fujeirah, Icad1; Dom Factory in Abu Dhabi, Icad 1; Elite Pre-cast Boundary Wall & Hollow-core in Abu Dhabi, Icad 3; Midland Steel fabrication in Abu Dhabi, Elite-demolishing company based in Abu Dhabi, Elite-Kildownet based in Abu Dhabi for turn key structure works, Elite Factory Dubai Branch, Elite Factory Al Ain Branch, Poineer, in Ras Al Khaima, And also in partnership with 2 factories in Oman. We are present in the Oil and Gas Services; Precast, Interlock and cement production; and we are currently developing a new 3D system regarding buildings and villas. To demonstrate the capacity of our factories, Poineer for example, which was established in 2006 in Ras Al Khaima, U.A.E., has a capacity of cement production of 1.6 millions m/ tones per year. We had invested 200'050'000 USD and we own 12% of the shareholders.

5 Elite Ready-Mix Elite Ready Mix is a UAE registered company based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Fujairah having modern facilities and experienced manpower. The company s prime objective is to supply a wide range of ready mix concrete and precast units to meet the requirements of the wide range of clients, such as Local Authorities, Governmental Departments and Private Sectors. We have 2 batching plants in Dubai; 1 in Abu Dhabi; 1 in Ajman and 1 in Fujairah, with also a mobile batching plant in Mirdif. In order to monitor the Company Quality Control in-house all of our batching plants detain a mineral testing laboratory and carry out all the tests as per BS & ASTM and other independent laboratories. The company confirms the competency of all operators, drivers, plant operators and laboratory technician with additional training provided by the management. In Nowadays, we are having a license for 24 private jets in order to stay one of the best private jets services company on the market today. We established this Yacht Rental company in We are one of the leading companies in the UAE offering Crafts to luxury Yachts Services for over 10 years now. Waves Rental Boat is a tested and proven company which, in nowadays, is maintaining its reputation as the only Licensed Operator with the Permission to travel both, in the low and high seas of the UAE. We have a fleet of prestigious Yachts with capacities from 37ft to 102ft, but also, we do collaborate with companies with our Crafts, which are very comfortable for Water Sports activities, Water-taxis, ferry interaction.

11 Education As you might be aware, Abu Dhabi Government is particularly interested in becoming an important cultural city, thereof, the Abu Dhabi Education Council was set up in September 2005 by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, in order to develop education institutions. Nowadays, there is also an extensive private education sector, while several thousand students of both sexes and from all the GCC countries, pursue courses of higher education. 95 % of all females and 80% of all males who are enrolled in the final year of secondary school apply for admission to a Higher Education.
