5 Facilities Database: Overview The most comprehensive database of public and private facilities and program sites that shape neighborhood quality in NYC 35,000+ facilities overseen by City, State, and Federal agencies NYC Planning uses this database to inform: Neighborhood planning Environmental review Facility siting Infrastructure prioritization Interagency operational planning 5
