6 Products & Services Certified by EN ISO 9001 : 2008, EN ISO : 2004, and OSHAS : 2007, all our projects strictly follow the HSEQ requirements and regulations of the local utilities like ADWEA, DEWA, FEWA and others in the region and also observe environment standards through smart management and recycling of waste. 7 Mechanical Electrical Plumbing MEP includes a package of mechanical and electrical services for a number of facilities ranging from residential to commercial buildings, namely processing industries, shopping malls, and housing compounds, including towers. These engineering solutions consist of installing air-condition systems, setting up power and lighting systems, water supply and drainage, firefighting systems, Building Management Systems, telephone and data systems. 7

8 Substations Team dedicated to substations of various voltage levels. Engsol provides end-to-end solutions comprising design, supply, erection, testing & energizing substations of all voltage levels. Solutions include EHV, HV, MV & LV switchgears, power transformers, auxiliary and telecommunications interface, DMS / SCADA system in addition to other allied services. Other services available consist of setting up switchgears, transformers, motors soft starters, and VFDs as well as refurbishing and modifying HV and LV switchgears, replacing circuit breakers and reinforcing protection relays of the existing HV and LV switchgears. 8

9 Construction Updated with the latest technology and equipped with the most advanced facilities, our team executes various construction works that primarily include cable rerouting of transmission lines, construction and laying of roads, soil investigation, refurbishment of structures, excavation, substructures and water proofing, super structures, cable trench and boring. We also plan and supply electrical equipment for water and sewerage pumping stations and related power plants. Additional services include roof waterproofing, laying foundation for electrical and mechanical equipments, including rectifier banks and manholes, RCC asphalt for roads, pedestrian walkway reinstatement, and complete internal and external finishes. 9

10 Engineering Calculations Services include calculations for substations of all voltage levels including network load study, short circuit, relay setting, DC load, battery sizing, CT and VT sizing, earthing and cable sizing. Our integrated software tools and IT systems allow for sophisticated work sharing, job sequencing between our teams. The global, high speed communication infrastructure keeps our personnel connected to the tools, information and to each other very effectively. 10

11 Testing is conducted by competent personnel certified by OEM and approved by local utility and consultants, and in strict adherence to the operational, environmental and safety standards. Testing & Energizing We offer testing and commissioning services for permanent substations, package substations including transformers, EHV, HV, MV & LV Switchgears, Power & Distribution Transformers, Cables, on Protection Relays and Starters. Testing is conducted by competent personnel certified by OEM and approved by local utility and consultants, and in strict adherence to the operational, environmental and safety standards. 11

Purchasing & Planning Supply Chain One-Stop Solutions: We provide integrated, reliable, and cost-effective supply chain management services to our clients enabling successful implementation of projects of various sizes across a wide spectrum of businesses, viz., commercial and residential, processing industries, utilities, and oil & gas sector. This involves design engineering, purchasing, project management, logistics, quality assurance and aftersales services. Through a client account management system, we keep communication channels open with our clients to receive their feedback and respond to their queries. A state-of-the-art Web-based ERP system is used to record suppliers correspondences to report reliability input to the OEM through the supply portal. ENGSOL has successfully completed the 33kV power network project at the 132/33kV Grid Station,Al Bahyah, awarded to them, on time and the feeders were energized as per requirements.
