Is it full outsourcing including monitoring (proactive), performing backups, daily/weekly and monthly activities, etc. or is it strictly hardware maintenance involving maintenance (including replacing parts) upon notification from PGW? A18 No, the contract is for support of old hardware that is no longer covered by the manufactures warranty. PGW monitor s all servers and will contact the vendor when we need parts replaced Q19 Is the vendor responsible for all replacement parts? Q21 Are any of the servers listed past end of life manufacturer support? A21 The HP servers are not EOL.
