7 Status in Climate Data Management in the countries ( 2012) WMO Survey shows: 137 countries in 2012 ( 72 % of WMO Members) 92 % use computer systems to store their data, RDBMS, or Excel 18 % still using the outdated CLICOM system 40 % have their CDMS not properly working or out of service
