1 Thank you for choosing to bank online with First Security Bank! To begin the process of enrolling for online banking, visit our website at and click on the Enroll Now! link. Note: If a New Account Representative provided you a NetTeller ID at new account opening, skip this section of the enrollment process. You must have an open account to enroll in Online Banking. Business clients please contact the bank directly to discuss your online banking needs and to begin the process of setting up access to your accounts.

2 Select which service you would like to apply for and click Continue.

3 Complete all information on the Online Enrollment Form and click Continue. You will be provided a page to review all information entered for accuracy. Edit as necessary. Once you confirm all information is correct, read the First Security Bank Online Banking Terms & Agreement and print for your records. Check the box that you have read and accept this agreement, and click Submit. By checking this box and then printing or submitting this Online Banking Enrollment Form, I agree to the First Security Bank Online Banking Terms & Agreement. I certify that everything I have stated in this application and on any other attachment is correct. First Security Bank may keep this application whether or not it is approved. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Online Banking Terms & Agreement. The bank recommends that you print copies of this agreement and retain for your records. Please print a copy of this for your records before you submit.

4 You will be receiving a letter in the mail from a bank representative within 2 business days to complete the process. This letter will provide you with two important pieces of information you will need to log into your account for the first time. Your online banking ID Your online banking password: The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. To begin registering for online banking, return to the First Security Bank home page at Enter your 12 digit Online Banking ID number and click submit.

5 Enter your Online Banking Password (the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number). For security purposes, each time you login you will have to verify your Personal Identification image. When you first login a random image will appear. When you complete your first login process, you will be prompted to select a unique image. Selecting a New password and ID To safeguard access to your financial information, you are required to select a new password for future access. We suggest you select a password that is easy to remember, but contains both alpha and numeric characters. The more complex your password combination, the more difficult it is for fraudsters to guess. Your new password must be 8 Alpha-Numeric characters. Your new ID can be a combination of numbers and letters (must contain at least one letter and cannot start with a number). No special characters or spaces are allowed. Note: After you have entered your new password and ID press continue.

6 Enter/Update address. Enter your current address and press submit.

7 Choose your Personal Icon For security purposes, each time you login the personal icon you select will appear. If a picture appears that you did not select upon any login attempt, you should contact the bank to research possible fraudulent access to your online account. To view more images you can select the previous or next buttons. When you have chosen your personal icon press submit. Security Questions In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible, we have implemented enhanced security features that detect uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your online banking account. If something out of the ordinary is detected we will verify your identity. How does it work? We will ask you to answer your security questions to make sure that it is really you logging into your account. You will be prompted to choose and provide answers for those questions now. Please remember exactly how you are typing in your answers as they are case sensitive. Once you have chosen your questions press submit. A confirmation displaying your questions and answers will appear. After reviewing the information for accuracy, press confirm.

8 You have now successfully logged into Online Banking! Additional Online Banking Features: Password Reset Option To establish a password reset option, click on the Options tab while logged into your Online Banking account. Establish a password reset question and answer. Once these are established, you can access the Reset Password link from the login page in the event you forget your password. To change your Online Banking ID or Password Click on the Options tab while logged into your Online Banking account to change your Online Banking ID or Password at anytime.

9 E-Statements To enroll in Electronic Statement delivery, click on the E-Documents link while logged into your Online Banking Account. Follow the steps outlined on this page to complete your enrollment. Click Enroll Now at the bottom of the page once completed.
