2 Overview Mobile Banking offers you several significant advantages by allowing you to access to your accounts at your convenience from your web-enabled portable device. In this material, we are going to cover the process of setting up your customers in Central right through customer usage. 3 Central-Group, Individual Customer and User Setup Mobile must be turned on at the Group level in Central as the option "enable enrollment into the Mobile Banking interface". In Central click on Groups and select the group that you wish to enable mobile banking. In this example, we will use the Retail Users group. Double-click on Retail Users. After the group properties window opens, click on the Features tab. Turn on the Mobile Authorization user property. Turning on this option will enable the Mobile Preferences drop-down. If Security/Allow Mobile Access is enabled, the Preferences tab will appear on this page. This gives the user the option to opt-into the Mobile application along with the ability to send themselves an to their mobile device containing the link for the website for easy navigation. There is no user login ID management in Central for Mobile. If you would like to allow users to self enroll, turn on the Allow end users to self-enable mobile banking user property. NOTE-Login ID s and Passwords should always be the same as the user's Online Login ID that was used to create the mobile enrollment! 2008 All rights reserved. Page 3

4 Customer Facing-Mobile Banking Set-Up Shared Authentication with Online Banking: At their option, your current online users can enroll (optin) for Mobile Banking. After logging in to their online banking profile, users can choose Mobile under the Preferences menu. From this screen, users can choose to either use their current Online Banking Login as their Mobile Banking Login or create a new, unique Mobile Login. For the user s convenience, they can choose to have the web address sent to their e- mail address by typing their address. If you would like to have this address sent to you via , enter your address and click Send. 5 Customer Facing-Mobile Banking Usage Mobile Banking provides you and your existing Online customers with immediate Mobile access to the following features: Shared Login and Entitlements with Online. Review Account Balances and Details in real time. Review Transaction History with Search Capability. Make One time Funds Transfers between Entitled Accounts. Send or Receive Secure Messages to/from your Bank. After logging in on their webenabled mobile device, the user will be able to choose one of these features from underneath the Accounts Overview screen. This can be accessed by scrolling down to the bottom of the screen. 6 Account Overview Account Overview is the first screen that your users will see after they log into Mobile Banking. This overview is a list of their accounts at your financial institution and the balances of each account. Review Account Details If your customer wishes to see basic account details but not actual transaction history, they can go to Review Account Details. To change the account you wish to view details for, simply choose the other account from the drop-down menu and choose Select All rights reserved. Page 6

7 Review Account History To see actual transaction history, your customers can go to Review Account History. Here, they will be able to search for and view their transactions in several different ways. Depending on the type of search, your customers will need to fill in additional information. For example, to search by Most Recent Transactions, they will need to decide the number of transactions that they wish to view and click Submit. 8 Make a Transfer Mobile Banking gives your customers the ability to make one-time transfers between their accounts. To transfer funds, they will choose the account they wish to transfer from, the account they wish to transfer to, the amount of the transfer and the desired date of the transfer. Once they click Submit, they will be taken to a screen where they can review the transfer and enter the Mobile Authorization Code that they chose when they originally self-enrolled in Mobile Banking. Once they enter that code and click Approve, the transaction is completed All rights reserved. Page 8

9 Messages & Alerts Customers have the ability to access their Messages and Alerts, send and receive messages through Mobile Banking. Note: If any messages are sent from or available in Online Banking, the customer will see the same messages in Mobile Banking. Sign Off Users should always Sign Off after using Mobile Banking to ensure the security of their information. Signing off takes your users back to the Login screen and closes the current session of Mobile Banking All rights reserved.
