8 Step 1 From Smartwaiver, create your Smartwaiver template for any classes you will be offering which require a waiver. Create your training classes and assign the Smartwaiver template in Sales Tracking> Setup> Training Classes. Using Smartwaiver, have the customer complete the appropriate waiver to enroll in the class. Step 2 Sell your class inventory item at the POS, which will display the following prompt: Click Attach Integrated Waiver to attach a Smartwaiver that was signed on the web site. Click Continue to continue assigning classes as normal without attaching Smartwaiver from the web site (if used, the waiver must be manually assigned to the customer as you would when not using Smartwaiver). Step 3 When using the Attach Integrated Waiver button, all available waivers signed on the web site will display, along with the entered customer information. There are three buttons available. Make a selection from a customer-signed waiver on the list and use one of the below (or Cancel to return to POS): 1) Create New Customer - This button will create a new customer based on the information entered on the Smartwaiver web site and automatically attach the waiver to this new customer record. You will be taken directly to the class selection list to continue the transaction as normal with this new customer attached. 2) Update Current Customer - This button assumes that a customer has already been attached to the receipt. If a customer has not been attached to the receipt, the button will prompt that there is no customer on the receipt to update. If there is a customer on the receipt, the prompt below will display allowing you to update 8 Using Smartwaiver in POS for Classes and Ranges

9 all or some fields based on the information entered on the Smartwaiver web site. To update the fields, toggle the Selected box for each field you want to update. then click Update Selected Fields. The customer record will be updated and the waiver will be assigned to the customer. You will then be taken directly to the class selection list to continue the transaction as normal. 3) Find Existing Customer - This button can be used to select an existing customer from the database using the Customer Search screen. Once a customer has been selected, a prompt (as in Update Current Customer) will appear to update some or all fields. The customer record will be updated and the waiver will be assigned to the customer. You will then be taken directly to the class selection list to continue the transaction as normal. 12 Step 1 From Smartwaiver, create your Smartwaiver template required to use the range. Attach your Smartwaiver template in Admin> System Config> Edit Store Name/Address/Settings for What Waiver is required? Using Smartwaiver, have the customer complete the appropriate waiver to use the range. Step 2 In POS> Transaction Type> Range Management, you can either create a new customer from the template data OR update an existing customer from the template data. Creating a New Customer When using Find Customer in Ranges, there is a button for New with Waiver on the Customer Search screen. When used, this button will display all existing signed Smartwaivers. Make your selection and click Create New Customer. After using Create New Customer, you can search and select your new customer for the range in the Customer Search screen, which will already have the proper waiver attached. Updating an Existing Customer Use Find Customer and return a customer from the Stratus database. If using Ranges as a Prepay, this prompt occurs when using the Save button. If using Ranges as Postpay, this prompt will occur when using the Complete Sale button (Note - it will not occur when using Split Sale). The prompt will display to Attach Integrated Waiver, Assign Manually, or Cancel. The Attach Integrated Waiver button will allow selection of a customer on the waiver to update along with the Smartwaiver. On the top grid, make a selection for a customer that is currently assigned to the range along with a selection for a signed waiver on the bottom grid. Click Update Current Customer, which will allow you to update all or some fields for the customer based on the information entered on the Smartwaiver web site. After updating fields, the customer attached will be updated along with the waiver attached. 12 Using Smartwaiver in POS for Classes and Ranges

13 The Assign Manually button will launch the View Customer screen for the customer attached to allow you to attach the waiver manually. 2 If multiple customers are on the range, it will only prompt the first customer. If the waiver is missing for a different customer, you must cancel and attach it manually using View Customer. The Cancel button will return you to the Range menu screen.
