5 Go4Schools Student s First Login 1. Open an Internet browser such as Chrome, IE, Edge or Safari and go to 2. Click on the Students icon in the top right corner of the page. 3. The page should look similar to the one below. 4. Type your SCHOOL address into the box for First-Time User and then click Please Send me a Password. 5. Check your school s using Outlook on Office 365. Please see Page 12 for help with this. 6. Click on the link in the from Go4Schools. This should take you to a page that looks like the one below: 5 P a g e

Type is a new but remember that Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, must contain a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, plus a non-alphanumeric character. E.g. #Password1 would be fine. 8. You will then be able to log into Go4Schools. See page 7 for help if necessary 6 P a g e

7 Go4Schools Login 1. Open an Internet browser such as Chrome, IE, Edge or Safari and go to 2. Click on the Students icon in the top right corner of the page. 3. The page should look similar to the one below. 4. Type your SCHOOL address and your Go4Schools password into the boxes shown above. Once logged in, you will be able to see your homework and praise points etc. 5. If you forget your password, type your school into the box at the bottom of the page and click reset password. You will be sent an from Go4School to your School address. For help with this, see Page P a g e

8 OneNote Login from a Laptop or Desktop 1. Open an Internet browser such as Chrome, IE, Edge or Safari and go to a search engine such as 2. Search for Office 365 and click on the first webpage that comes up. 3. The page should look similar to the one below. 4. Click on Sign In and a page similar to the one below should be displayed. 5. Type in your SCHOOL address and press Next. 8 P a g e

9 6. On the next page, type in your school password and login. 7. You should now see a page that looks like the one below. 8. Click on OneNote 9. Click on Shared with me and select the correct notebook. E.g A- IT1 DT 10. Click on your name in the left-hand column. 9 P a g e

10 11. Click on Exercise book and then the correct page you require. 12. You can then edit the page here in the browser. You work saves automatically every few seconds. 10 P a g e

11 OneNote Login from a Phone or Tablet Due to variety of phones/tablets and the operating systems they run, the following is only a rough guide. 1. Download the OneNote app from the App store or Play Store. 2. Once you open the app you should be able log in. To do this use your school and password. 3. You then need to look for your class notebook e.g A-IT1 DT. This may be in an option called More Notebooks. 4. Once your have the Notebook selected, look for your name and then an option for Exercise book. You can then select the page you need and edit it from here. 11 P a g e

14 Arthur Terry E-Hub 1. Open an Internet browser such as Chrome, IE, Edge or Safari and go to 2. Click on the ICT Services icon in the top right and then select EHub. 3. When asked, type in your SCHOOL username and password and login. 4. Use the menu to find your subject and year group. From here you should be able to access any homework set on the E-Hub. 14 P a g e
