14 How to Test Register New To register a new member within your database from the Lookin Body Website select Register New.

29 Health Report Accessing InBody Test Results can be reached using the Health Report tab at the top or the Health Report icon next to age
30 Health Report Main Page Sections in the Health Report are able to be expanded/contracted by using the arrows next to their respective categories. Sections are also able to be hidden by deselecting them using the gear icon
31 Health Report User Profile/Memo You are able to view the member information as well as add various notes you may have regarding the individual. This includes images
32 Health Report Target Goal Set target goals for your members based on their desired outcome by selecting Edit
33 Health Report Body Comp. History View the progression over time for an individual in the Body Composition History section. Recent will display the 14 newest results via data points while Total will display the trend over time for all results
34 Health Report InBody Result Sheet InBody Result Sheets allows for a side by side comparison of two results sheets for an individual. You are able to choose which sheet you would like to view by using the drop down arrow
35 Health Report Explanation The Explanation section details precautionary steps outlined by InBody as well as provides details relating to testing procedures, obesity risks, body typing, and weight loss retention. You can also add any links you find helpful for your members
36 Health Report InBody Analysis The InBody Analysis sections details the change over time for a single member. Each category is able to be expanded and for further analyzation
37 Health Report Lifestyle Analysis The Lifestyle Analysis relates to data transferred in from the InBody BAND and mobile app. Data collected includes sleep times, sleep rate, step count, calories burned, and more. Data manually entered into these platforms will be shown as well
38 Health Report Lifestyle Analysis You are able to filter by date as well as view member results compared to others within your database (Member Comparison) or to those of a similar age and gender (InBody Average)
39 Health Report Body Physique The Body Physique section can be used to upload images of members over time. Up to three images cam be uploaded per day. Staff members can then notate changes which need to be made. To add/delete images, press the plus and pencil icons
40 Health Report Body Physique One benefit is being able to see InBody results and seeing the photos together. Additionally, uploaded images will be automatically be transmitted into the member s InBody app
41 Health Report Customization Please note that the Health Report page is able to be customized and you are able to choose what sections to focus on by selecting the gear icon and hiding that which you do not wish to view

44 Selection Note the address is entered prior to attempting to send an . Be sure to fill in the Subject Line and Body of the Note: when ing multiple members at the same time, they will each receive their own individual results

49 Print Result Sheet(s) Type Select the InBody Result Sheet(s) you want to add to the print list. Default result sheet types can be made under Setup. *tip: you are able to filer by date and print all records in a given time period
50 Print Print List Select the InBody Result Sheet(s) you want to print from "Print List" then click Print. Only the data related to the member/ InBody device will be shown.
51 Print Print List To print successfully you may need to enable popup notifications to display on your browser

53 Edit Member Selection Select the members that need to be modified within the Member List page and choose either Member Info or InBody Results
54 Edit Member Info By selecting Member Info within the Edit tab, you will be able to mass edit member information (ie DOB, mobile number, groups, address, and address)

56 Edit Member Info From this particular screen, you will be able to add or remove member s into their respective groups
57 Edit InBody Results By selecting the InBody Results in edit, you will be able to modify test time, date, and user ID.
58 Edit InBody Results Select the Test Date and Time field to make the necessary changes. To change user ID, double click the User ID field and enter the appropriate ID in. Please note the ID must first exist within the database.

60 Setup General Settings Select Setup to open the setup menu. The following pages will show you how to fully customize your Lookin Body Web experience by changing General Settings, InBody Test Settings, Lookin Body Data Management, and Account Management Settings
61 Setup Country/ Language/ Units/ Date Format/ Password Select the preferred Unit and Date Format type. You may also choose to set a Setup and Master password to enhance security

65 Setup Result Sheets Custom Logo Select Result Sheets Custom Logo to add or change the logo that will print on the top right hand corner of the InBody results sheet
66 Setup Result Sheets Custom Logo This area of the screen allow you to change the custom logo if more than one InBody unit is connected to the Lookin Body Web account

109 Payment Account Information New users can be added using the Add New User button. To delete any users or staff that is no longer employed with your facility, select Delete User. New InBody devices can also be added within this page
