1 On August 1, 2016 we implemented a new online registration system allowing you to register and pay for programs and view facilities all from your computer, tablet or smart phone! We transferred existing information from our old registration system. If you had an listed in our old system, that was transferred to the new system. Instructions to set up your online account to register and pay for activities and view facility availability are included below. ACTIVE NET ACCOUNT CREATION Registering for your favorite activities, classes, and events just got easier with our introduction of ACTIVE Net for online registration and facility reservation. Get ACTIVE today by creating your account! GETTING STARTED: If you recently received an from us about our new and improved online registration system, you already have an account! You do need to setup / update your account profile. 1. Start by accessing our new registration site here or type: into your browser. 2. Click on Sign In

2 3. Click on Forgot your password? Yes, you will skip the login and password in the form and go straight to the forgot your password. 4. A block will now pop up for you to enter your address (from the previous system) and hit Submit 5. You should receive an with a temporary password within a few minutes

3 6. Sign In using your address and new temporary password Enter the you used to set up the account. Enter the password sent to you 7. When you login with the temporary password, you will be taken to a screen to update your password. This is required. Your will be here In this block, enter the password you just used to log in. In this block, enter a new password you create. In this block, re-enter your new password. 8. If your was not recognized, click Create New Account and follow the on-screen prompts

4 Once you have signed in to the Frisco Lakes Community Association page, you will land on the Home page pictured below. Activities: To register for activities, select the Activities tab right under the Frisco Lakes Community Association logo. You can choose to show education, fitness, social or all categories of activities

5 The list of Activities will look like this:

6 Activity Name: you can click on the event name to get event details including a description, date, time and location. Open: this shows you how many seats are open for this event. First Meeting: the date of the event. Location: shows the building where the activity will be held Fee/ Action: if there is a fee for this activity it will appear in this area. You can also Add to Cart if you can register for this activity online. Register for an activity:

7 Step One: Select Add to Cart Step Two: Select the person who will be participating in this Activity and click Next. Step Three: You will have to agree to any waivers that are required for registration. Then select Next

8 Step Four: if you want to register another member of your family, you can do this by selecting the link under the Proceed to Shopping Cart. Please note, you cannot register someone who is not a family member. If you want to register another for another activity, you can do this by selecting the link under the Proceed to Shopping Cart

9 If you are finished selecting the Activities you want to register for, select the Proceed to Shopping Cart. Step Five: In the Shopping Cart, you will see the Activity you have selected to register for (you can edit or remove at this point too). You will see any fees that you owe for the activity. You

10 can see the continue shopping link at the bottom, so you can add another activity. Once you have reviewed your selection, click the Proceed to Checkout button. Step Six: Acknowledge the Waiver please read the participation waiver and select Next. Your Order is Complete! You can view or print your receipt from this screen

11 Reservations: To view facility availability, select the Reservations tab right under the Frisco Lakes Community Association logo

12 Select the view Facility Details button. Select the Facility Type that you are interested in reserving

13 Choose the date and select View Available Times. A list of available times will appear. Please note: sometimes there may be a conflict with the room that does not appear on this schedule. The front desk staff will be able to confirm reservation dates and times for you

16 Account Activity: Show your Daily Schedule allows you to see a list of all activities, reservations etc. that you have scheduled. Step One: Put in the Date To and From dates. Step Two: Select the Family Member Step Three: Select Activities Step Four: Select the arrow to move Activities over to the Selected Schedule Details

17 Step Five: Select View Schedule A list will appear of all the scheduled activities for the week selected

18 Account Activity: you can also view deposits, credits, view saved credit cards and review prior transactions on your account through Account Activity. Account Settings: you can change your password and personal information
