1 Blue shading indicates new updates New System Launch Current High-Priority Issues as of 3/27/15 Ref Issue / Question Solution Training Status 1 User unable to add New Consultants in Host Rewards Working as intended, for now * To enter New Consultants, you must complete that process outside of the Host Reward event and then add them to the Event. * For additional training, please visit My Resources > Arbonne University > Systems Training > Course 5 - My Events * When leaving a Shopping Bag with items in it be sure you return to the identical order type so that your previous Shopping Bag is displayed 2 Shopping bag is empty after previously logging out with products in bag Adding enhancement that will display previous Shopping Bag when logging back into system * For example, if you are placing a Catalog Shop order you must go back into the Catalog Shop to display your Shopping Bag for that order Shopping Bag enhancement date is TBD 3 UK orders from the Jersey region are incorrectly being charged VAT 4 Order receipts are not being received by Consultants Short-Term Solution: Refund VAT * Solution being researched * Initial examples indicate that receipts are being sent to the address on file which is "bad_ @arbonne.com" address * For additional training, please visit My Resources > Arbonne University > Systems Training > Course 4 - Registration and Shopping Please ensure that all Preferred Clients and Clients have an updated, unique address on file that is not duplicated Researching Long-Term Solution Researching ability for Consultants to change without Customer Support * All credit card transactions require the CVV * This is the additional code printed on the front or back of a credit card and used to ensure that only the actual holder of the card is placing the order and it is not a fraudulent transaction; You must obtain and enter this information for the order to process 5 Guidance regarding use and storage of credit card information including CVV numbers Orders are not being processed because there is not a CVV code or the code is inaccurate for the credit card submitted * If you are obtaining credit card information from your presentation guests or clients, in person, you must use an official Arbonne receipt and provide a copy to the purchaser * Never store other people's credit card information, including CVV; After you have completed the order, remove this information from the copy of the receipts that you retain for your records - i.e. black out with permanent ink so it is illegible or cut out 6 Host Rewards Cross Border sponsoring issue in which newly registered guest ID's for event reflect the Host's country rather than their actual country Researching Solution

2 7 Unable to place order, through the Order Summary tab, because system is querying the Recruiter CID rather than the Sponsor CID 8 Replacement orders, placed outside of a Host Rewards event, give erroneous warning that Host Rewards event will be closed with order submission Disregard error message as event will not actually close even though warning message is displayed Grow Strong voucher not displaying in online savings wallet Consultant Maintenance (aka "12 in 12") is calculating volume incorrectly name is not parsing correctly in Order Status s Researching Solution Researching Solution Correct to have full name display 12 Delay in fix for incorrect sponsors Working to improve the speed and process Preferred Advantage Rewards redeemed and QV earned on Host Rewards 50% discounted items and Free Gift Will Call Order Confirmation requires update to clearly identify that order has been received rather than being available for pick-up Correct QV Correct copy on Training Update: We will not be removing the QV that was incorrectly added to accounts for Free Gifts for PCs and Consultants. These values are no longer being added but they will not be removed for the month of March. Enjoy! Estimated Fix - March 30th Estimated Fix - March 30th Estimated Fix - March 27th - progress on this issue and the team is working throughout the weekend to correct and get all adjustments made. Fixed - please see training note Estimated Fix - March 30th 15 Zero QV Orders displaying in Order details and other reports. Research and ensure that QV is being calculated and distributed correctly. Training Update: In many cases, the orders that are showing 0 QV are showing so because there should not be QV for the Consulltant on that Order. An example of that would be if Consultant A places an order under an eent for Consultatn B. Consultat B will see that order in his/her history but that QV is actally going to Consultant A (as it should). The host will still get the host credit but the Consultant B should not get the QV. We also discovered another issue with the Ship Now feature in Host Rewards. Orders that were shippped ahead were not showing the QV reflected in the details. This is being corrected and updated in the next few days. Estimated Fix - March 28th 16 AIT Tracker not updating DM information Correct to update. Corrected for all but one scenario. When a DM promotes out another DM and that promoted-out DM promotes to AM, the carry-with volume is lost on the tracker. Still working to correct but all other situations are accurate. Estimated Fix - March 31st 17 AU - Obtaining Server Error message when My Events is clicked Estimated Fix - TBD 18 The Citrus Energy Fizz Sticks (2077) and Pom Energy Fizz Sticks (2079) are not displaying in the 125/25 Correct to include Fix in place - testing to ensure in all countries. 19 UK - Preferred Client displaying cooling off period which is only applicable to Consultants Newly Resolved Issues Ref Issue / Question Issue Resolved 1 US- ASVP sub skus not charged or taxed March 27th
