The tracking number for Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC- Black Rock, located at 4374 Highway 63, Black Rock, AR is 1916-AGP-029. This permit and tracking number is your authority to construct, operate, and maintain the equipment and/or control apparatus as set forth in your NOI received on 4/17/2017 and attached to this letter. This will serve as your renewal of the General Permit for Rock Crusher Plant. However, the renewal of the General Permit for Rock Crusher Plant is not effective until the expiration of the cunent permit. Until that time, the permittee will operate under the current General Permit for Rock Crusher Plant. This authorization expires upon expiration of the General Air Permit for Rock Crushing Facilities on September 13,2022. This confirmation letter shall be considered part of the permit. 3 Applicability Requirements for Rock Crushing Facility General Permit Applicants In order to be eligible for this permit the facility must meet the conditions, limits and requirements contained in the general permit. Requirements include, but are not limited to: - No. 2 diesel fuel must be the only fuel used in stationary engine sources at this facility and is limited to 311,000 gallons annually. - Conveyors, screens and crushers must meet the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 60 Subpart 000, as applicable- Stationary engines must comply with 40 C.F.R. 63 Subpart ZZZZ and/or 40 C.F.R. 60 Subpart 1111, as applicable. -The facility cannot include a dryer. -An annual throughput limit of 43,886,679 tons of material.- The facility may not have gasoine tank with a volume greater than 75m3 (19,812 gallons).- The maximum allowable gasoline throughput is 10,000 gallons per month. -The capacity of the tanks which store diesel shall not exceed 151m3 (38,890 gallons).
