1 February 11, 2013 Mr. Michael Cox Arkansas Egg, LLC Mill Road Summers, AR Re: Compliance Inspection AFIN: , Permit No.: 5164-W Dear Mr. Cox: On January 29, 2013, I performed a routine compliance inspection of your facility in accordance with the provisions of the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The inspection revealed the septic system for a chicken egg processing plant had been constructed and was in operation. Therefore, the Department found you to be in violation of Part I.3 of the permit. The above item requires your immediate attention. You must submit a written response to the above finding to the attention of the Water Division Inspection Branch of ADEQ at the address listed on this letter head.
