6 Redline CRM Artwork Specifications Contrary to what is generally believed, making a good-looking card isn t easy. Making a great looking card requires teamwork and allot of professional help. Remember, your card is a billboard for your business, carried by your customers, so we want to make it look great. Here is what we will need to make the best looking card possible. File Format: The best way to get a logo to us quickly is to it to mark@rpmone.com as a.tif, Jpeg or EPS file. For best results the image should be at least 300dpi for optimal clarity. If in doubt, pic the largest file as far as size and we will let you know if it works. Colors: If your image is a full color card, saving the above mentioned.tif, Jpeg or EPS file in CMYK mode will tell us what colors to use. If your card has specific colors you would like us to use, your image must indicate what colors to use or you must allow us to choose colors that match or nearly match. Fonts: If you want us to match a font you must tell us what font to use (there are thousands of them) otherwise we will use whatever comes the closest. Template: A template number must be chosen so we know what you would like your logo to be placed over. See your salesperson for template choices or go to and look under the Software and Technology tab. There you will see a link to the available templates. 7 Redline CRM Letter Specifications Step 1 Getting Started Provide Logo image (see artwork format below for details) RpmOne will complete a draft of your letter for your review Step 2 Providing Draft for Approval or Request for Change We will provide you with the draft of your letters for approval or request for changes. Step 3 Approve or Submit Documentation for Changes If approved, we will prepare for print, if there are change requests, then you may provide text of images as provided below. Images - You can provide high quality digital photos if you would like to swap one or more of your photos with those used in the draft letter(s). If you are providing photos, please be sure to indicate the letters and placement for each photo. Text - Provide any specific content you would like to be included in your letters. You can simply provide verbiage in word format and we will create a revised letter with your new content.
