3 Setting Up Passwords Passwords consist of your address and a password of your choice. When setting up passwords for the first time, select I am a New User from this point on, select I am a Returning User when logging in. During the initial set up, you will be prompted for your First and Last name in order to established your profile. 3
4 Order Page There are 4 options to choose from on the Order Page. 1. Begin New Order 2. View/Edit Profile 3. Re-Order 4. Track New Order 4
5 Begin New Order will take you to the Product Catalog View Edit Profile to change your passwords. Your profile stores your Reorder, Order History and Order Tracking 5
6 Re-order Step 1 Enter Lookup Information. Only one item is required. Step 2 Select item to be re-ordered and click on the tracking number 6
7 Step 3 Have the ability to Edit the order or submit as an exact reorder Track Orders Step 1 Enter Lookup Information. Only one item is required. 7
8 Step 2 View the order and its status. When the order has shipped, a tracking number will be posted. Clicking on the tracking number will link to the carrier real time Placing An Order Product Categories: The first step in placing an order is selecting the product form a category that is displayed on the left side margin. Select the category and click. Scroll through the products and click Add to Basket 8
9 Entering Custom Information: On this page input: You custom text Select the font at a line level Select point size Select justification ************************************************************************************* If this error message is displayed after entering text, adjust font size. If the font size is already at 8pt a larger stamp may be needed in order to accommodate all copy Line 1 run off stamp. Please adjust text or font size ************************************************************************************ After text has been entered select: Ink Color Auto Size on or off o Auto Size on text will fill stamp o Auto off will use actual text size as indicated from selected font size Border on or off Layout o Text Only - no stock or custom logo will be used o Graphic Only the stock or custom logo/signature will be used o Graphic left/text right stock or custom logo will be to the left of the text o Graphic right/text left stock or custom logo will be to the right of the text Upload Graphic 9
10 Uploading Graphics Uploaded graphics are handled by clicking on the Upload Graphic button. You will be directed to your desk top to search and upload the logo/signature. Step 1: Click Upload File Step 2: The file will take a few seconds to process. At this time a pre-flight check is taking place. Message will display indicating the file has been processed. At this time you will have the option to crop the file or finish. After clicking finish the image will preview ************************************************************************************* The image must be colored with the imprint color for the stamp. Example: if a red imprint is selected when placing the order, the image must be colored red. If the image is colored black, black imprint will be used. Manufacturing uses the exact image that is loaded. ************************************************************************************* 10
11 Product Preview The Product preview is to size of the product itself. The check box on the preview must be clicked before you can proceed forward. Save Orders Select Save this Order allows you to send a PDF Proof to a customer who is not ordering for themselves. Step 1 Click Save Order 11
12 Step 2 Click Send as enter addresses and text for message and click send Step 3 When the proof has been approved, it is retrieved by logging in and selecting the View/Edit Profile button. Saved order links will be viewable. Click on the appropriate link and the opportunity to edit the order and check out follow the standard navigation. 12
13 Approval Process After the customer has checked out, their order will route through an approval process. There can be one or many Approvers. Approvers will receive reminder s every 24 hours until pending orders have been approved. The approver will receive and with a link that will lead them directly to the Approval page. 13
14 When on the Approver page, the order can be approved or declined and the Customer will receive an indicating their order has been approved or declined. If the order is declined, the reason will be included in the . If additional PO numbers need to be gathered, this can be accommodated in the approval process as well. 14
